"Lake nice. Rooms like any Ibis but too expensive. Small swimming pool we didn't use it. And paying extra for amenities and Internet it's just a terrible idea. Why don't they just ad 15 pounds to the price of the room and don't act like a low cost airline. The resort is not low cost. Brilliant lake view from the Lodge. Ugly restaurant and bar. The machines doesn't work they keep your money and lady in reception couldn't help. It's not a 4 stars hotel! ITS NOT LAKE...

"Great value for money. Infact you wouldnt find another whole apartment that sleeps 4 plus a kitchen that had all utensils to cater for you and your family. The bathroom has towels ect aswell as a dining area in blackpool for the price, and even bought our dog along. Easy self check-in and out. Weve even extended our 9 day stay for the rest of the weekend and the property manager has been amazing. Will deffo be coming back and would deffo recommend"

"Absolutely fantastic 10/10! The apartment was perfect, it was cleaned to perfection and had everything we needed ( more!). The little home comforts made it feel lovely and cosy. "There were positives and negatives to this stay. Wasnt expecting the Ritz as the price was very good but we arrived to find a fair amount of sand on the floors - they clearly had not cleaned floors prior to our arrival. It’s very basic which was ok but would have been a little better if there was a lamp in the bedroom and proper curtains to shut out the morning light. "Appartment was nicely equipped and cosy, pair this with regular cleaning and you get a nice experience. Only problem is beware of where you park!! There is no designated parking for guests, the only bays around are 2 hours maximim stay and traffix wardens are very active in the area."

The view of Morecambe Bay was outstanding from the lounge and bedroom where we had morning coffee to watch the sunrise and gin & tonic to watch the sunset very relaxing. All the rooms were a good size loads of storage.The kitchen has everything you need including 2 hobs & a very large fridge freezer. Quiet locaction but only a short walk to the centre of Grange."

"El hotel esta bien situado y nos dieron una habitacion renovada por lo que la moqueta estaba decente en comparacion con otras veces. Lamentablemente y como de costumbre las chicas de limpieza no han aparecido hasta esta mañana y a nuestra liegada tuve que limioar la mesita llena de marcas de botellas y limpiar el inodoro que estaba sucio. Volvemos soempre al hotel por la localizacion a corta distancia del hogar de ancianos en el que esta mi suegra. Es el UNICO establecimiento en la zona lamentablemente y su spa, piscina y gimnasio estan muy bien aunque, COMO DE COSTUMBRE, el jacuzzi estaba estropeado asi como el hamam. La comida del bar malisima. Todo un desastre aunque desgraciadamente tendremos que volver"
