"Great location, with lovely views over the surrounding moors. Excellent range of food and wines very reasonably priced. Bed room was spacious and spotless clean. Will return in the future for sure."

"The staff could not have been more helpful nothing was to much trouble. Could do with a lift it’s a long way up stairs with cases to the very top floor"

"I stayed for one night here, and i wasn't disappointed . Very friendly staff, easy check in, accommodation was perfect with everything you need from tea & coffee making facilities to shower gel etc . Very comfortable bed with crisp white bedding. "The pub and restaurant are closed from Monday to Wednesday, but, the rooms are available, but, the breakfast is available, if you are staying there. The Inn is surrounded by beautiful scenery, and ample parking. The transport links are excellent to Huddersfield and surrounding areas. Julie, the host, is very nice and knowledgable about the area, who also cooks a very good breakfast. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, very spacious bathroom with a lovely selection of toiletries. ...

"El hotel es muy cómodo y accesible pues se encuentra cerca a una estación del tren"

I stayed 2 nights in late September to attend a wedding in nearby Ripponden. The room was quite chilly but I actually like sleeping in a cold room. A space heater was provided, though I didn’t use it as the bed was cosy enough. It was handy that they served food downstairs and I really appreciated the vegetarian/vegan selections including veggie sausages...
