The keys are located in a lockbox near the front door. You will receive your unique code on the morning of arrival. It is a self check in property.

- Please note that parties and loud music are not permitted in this property. It is a peaceful residential area.
- Any disturbances caused will result in a £250 penalty fee.

- We’re like a hotel without the staff. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned immediately after every guest checks out.

Strictly no parties or events in the house. Guests will be asked to provide ID and will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property within 48 hours of booking. A £100 refundable damage deposit will be pre-authorised before check-in and released up to 3 days after check-out once our property has been checked. We kindly ask you to adhere to the following rules to ensure a pleasant stay:
- Noise: Please keep noise to a minimum between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Smoking: STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside the property. You are free to smoke in the back.
- Damage: Please report any damages or issues to the property manager immediately.
