Beautiful location for porch-sitting, looking at the lake and enjoying sunsets. House is comfortable and well-equipped, owner was extremely responsive and helpful, and there are tons of things to do either west (Geneva, Madison and Geneva-on-the-Lake), east (Ashtabula and recommend the harbor) or south (wineries everywhere). Highly recommend and a great place to rewind, recharge and relax.

Fun time in GOTL

Checking in and out couldn’t be easier. Friendly area just far enough off the strip for relaxation and quiet. The two decks facing the lake along with the fire pit helped the process of unwinding

Little lake house

Very clean, very quiet. One of the most relaxing spots we have stayed at the lake. Enjoyed the upper deck in the mornings with our coffee. The bed was extremely comfortable. We had great meals in Ashtabula and enjoyed ice cream on the strip! Would recommend.

Gorgeous view! Christian, the owner, was a great host & very responsive with any questions we had. Our favorite part was morning coffee on the covered front porch listening to the waves come in. We highly recommend!

Home away from home

This charming lake house was the perfect getaway for my family. As a former resident of Ohio, I often return to visit family and friends in Ashtabula and Geneva. This location is absolutely perfect! The view of the lake is stunning and the house is cozy and comfy. We felt right at home. The host was always responsive and made for an easy check-in and check-out process. We can't wait to go back!

Cottage on the Lake

We really enjoyed our weekend at Christian's cottage a couple of weeks ago. The house was great, we spent a lot of time on the front porch with coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Check-in was very easy, Christian was very responsive to a couple of questions we had. We'll definitely be back!

House by the lake

An absolutely immaculate rental home. Beautiful view of the lake and gorgeous sunsets. Owners thought of any need a renter might need with amenities. Only issue was getting code to unlock key to get in and when we were ready to leave. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Girls Weekend

First time up at GOTL. We had an amazing time! The owner was awesome with communication and was very helpful leading up to, during, and on check out day. They have a beautiful place that is close to stores and the strip in Geneva. The kitchen has everything you would need. We definitely look forward to another stay here and will be recommending this to family and friends!
