"We cannot fault it! It felt like home away from home. Great communication, the kitchen has everything you need to cook any meal. The beds are comfortable and the heating system was great making our sleep great even though we had -1 degree at outside overnight. The cottage is a 3 minutes stroll from Melrose Square where you’ll find cafes, restaurants and shops and about 10 from Melrose Abbey. We’d definitely stay again and recommend to anyone staying in Melrose "

"This is an exceptionally beautiful and comfortable flat. Quality furnishings with lots of extra thoughtful additions to accommodation and facilities. Everything was scrupulously clean. The flat is perfectly located facing the Tweed river with great views from the windows. It is also only a couple of minutes easy walk to the Main Street with many interesting shops. "Of all the places we’ve been lucky enough to stay in, Abbotsford is the finest, most incredible masterpieces. It’s an honor, it was a pleasure and simply cannot be matched.
