B&B en Ashford

"Room was clean, staff especially Sarah were very helpful. Full English breakfast available each morning. Downside was location right next to a busy road, parking is available but limited. Also the inn is in the process of being sold, so may not be available in the near future."

"Nice and private"

"We had a wonderful stay here. The staff understands hospitality and will make you feel right at home. Our room was clean and spacious as well as extremely comfortable. We will stay again if we return to Dover"

"Lovely historic inn at the top of a lovely historic town! Breakfast and accomodation were great, highly recommend! Great value for money... parking is tricky if you need it, but not impossible."

"Fantastic place to stay next door to the Sissinghurst Castle Gardens. Friendly and beautiful. We will definitely return"

"We had a lovely 3 night stay at The Wincheap. Our host was very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were delicious and the room was beautiful."

"El bed and breackfast es muy lindo, todo muy limpio y modernizado, pero TODOS los bed and breackfast que me he quedado en mi vida incluyen breackfast, el mismo nombre lo dice, por lo general esa es la magia del bed and breackfast y este NO INCLUYE DESAYUNO, por lo cual me parece engañoso llamarlo asi"

"Advertised as an apartment with breakfast included. But in reality is a chalet bedroom and ensuite. Breakfast was 2 mini yogurts in the fridge, a couple of tiny croissants and cereals. Beverages are DIY. Check in is via a member of staff behind the bar in the pub. Unresponsive to phone calls with the number provided prior to the stay where I attempted to know if there was possibility of an earlier check-in but since not being able to get through I had to check-in at the standard 3pm. "Margaret was incredibly helpful in providing suggestions on how to navigate the city and provided excellent suggestions for restaurants. The morning breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Our room was very spacious, the couch was very comfortable and the bed was fantastic. After a full day of walking around Dover, this was a very special retreat. The views are just amazing. We will plan a trip to spend more time with Margaret."

"We had a comfortable and friendly stay at St Peter’s B&B. We were given a ground floor converted stable room which was well furnished, comfortable and clean. The ensuite shower was amazing. Both complimentary continental buffet breakfast and hot cooked breakfast of your choice was available. The location was in the centre of Sandwich, less than 5 minutes walk to the shops. The sea is a longer walk but there is no traditional seaside as such. However, Deal which is only 15 minutes drive is...

"Esta muy apartado del centro. Pero al lado de la estación de St Leonard Warrior. Una zona no muy buena. El hotel es más como una pensión. Aparentemente parece que está bien. Pero luego una vez allí se nota la falta de mantenimiento y personal. La habitación normal. El agua de la ducha sin presión. La cama bien. La tele no funcionaba bien. Tiene un patio muy mono. El desayuno normal. Lo mejor sin duda el recepcionista Francisco, como no, español. Muy caro para lo que es. No repetiría. "

"Birchington-on-Sea is a small seaside town with a pleasant beach at Minnis Bay overlooking the Thames Estuary and the Reculver Towers further up the coast where the bouncing bombs were tested. There are a number of buildings from the interwar period or inspired by them but the jewel in the crown is the Twentieth Century Bed and Breakfast. The owners, Kat and Spencer are true aficionados of the period and is demonstrated by their commitment to the renovation of the property and the interior...
