  • This charming 2 bedroom and 1 bath home is in a perfect South Asheville location in a quite mountain neighborhood setting. The home is within 15 minutes of the Biltmore House, downtown Asheville, the Parkway, and the Asheville airport. The bedrooms have queen sized beds (linens are provided). The home has cable TV and wireless internet. one of the best features is a large front porch with a table and chairs and a grill (perfect for relaxing) and a reading room up stairs with a TV for a few moments to reset!
    No Pets Please.

The host was very welcoming and accommodating. We were able to meet Renée for a short period of time and really enjoyed her company. Everything was as described and tbe house had amazing character. Perfectly situated for foid a nd sightseeing. Close to everything, but out of the way enough to be private. Loved our stay!

There’s peace and quiet if you want it, and there’s everything nearby. Close to major attractions (Biltmore) and tons of eating choices.

We took a few days and saw the Biltmore. It is in a great location to get into town. Sweetly restored older home…. Would definitely stay again!!!

Great vintage cottage house rental

We had a wonderful stay here. We were in Ashville to visit family, the property was just as described and turned out it was only minutes from who we were visiting. Great check in/check out and communication with Renee, we'll definitely reach out for our next trip back to Ashville.

Will definitely look to stay here again

Great old farmhouse. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I will say, as I get older and hope to stay there again, I hope they put in a restroom downstairs in the laundry room. But, all in all, this was a great find.

Charming cozy farmhouse

We loved this house! Spacious, well equipped, clean and a quiet retreat with a nice property to relax and enjoy nature. The owner responded quickly and everything was comfortable and smooth. Would highly recommend if you want a farm house charm experience!

A retreat not far from town

This quaint 100-yr hold farmhouse turned cozy cabin has all the amenities you need for a stay near Asheville. We were in a small home in the country and were a 10-20 minute drive to just about everywhere in the area. Renee and David are great hosts too. We loved it so much we may come back!

Family get-together!

We loved the vintage home with modern amenities - and what a beautiful property!! It was nice to be in nature with some peace and quiet, yet have such easy access to Asheville. And we were best friends with the local flock of hens by the time we left! Great stay, thank you for having us. 🙂

Perfect spot for a weekend in Asheville

Loved this little farm house. We spent as much time at the house as we did out exploring and it had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend! It was also a very nice surprise being greeted by the neighbors chickens each morning while having coffee on the porch! So many things to love about this place, we’re looking forward to coming back in the spring/summer!

Charming 100 year old farmhouse

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Yes, the floors are a little uneven, and we would have liked blackout shades in the bedrooms. But all in all, this charming property was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space, a modern kitchen, and close location to the wedding we were attending. Thank you, Renee!

Wonderful place

Great place to stay. Renee was very easy to contact and was quick to answer questions. Only minor issue was WiFi and she kept trying to correct it. Not really a big problem for us but if you need it for any work reasons you might want to check first. We would highly recommend it the house for a place to stay.

Birthday/Thanksgiving getaway

The communication with the homeowner was fantastic! We had no problems with anything during our stay. She checked in on us to make sure all was good. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make our Thanksgiving dinner. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. Can’t wait to book again.
