  • Overview: Trendy and spacious apartment in the heart of downtown Asheville, NC. Located on Chicken Alley, guests are steps away from restaurants, breweries, art galleries and bars. Attractions like the Biltmore Estate and the Blue Ridge Parkway are only a 10 minute drive away.

    It is a bright and airy ground floor apartment, with parking located on-site, and self check-in with a keypad. There is a king bed and queen bed, both very comfortable!

    Guest Access: The apartment is in the middle of downtown Asheville and guests will be within walking distance to everything downtown. There is one parking space directly in front of the unit.

    Interaction with Guests: We do not meet guests, but are always available by phone. If you have any questions or concerns during your stay, please reach out via the provided phone number or via message on VRBO.

The location is absolutely killer! You can walk to anything or easily catch a ride. The parking spot is small, but we managed to navigate it fine with a mid sized SUV.Lovely kitchen if you plan on cooking for yourself, but also surrounded by all the best food.

Perfect for our Girls' Trip! We wanted a couple of days to shop, eat, and bar hop - this property was the perfect home base. This will be my go-to rental for future Asheville trips.

This place is perfect if you’re looking to explore downtown or catch a show at the orange peel. Adorable spot, clean, comfortable and great communication from Austin. We’re keeping this one on our list of ones to visit. :)

Great location in downtown Asheville. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend. The host communicated well. We didn't have a car so the parking spot was not an issue for us. Close to walk to the great bars, restaurants and shops downtown. We could hear people walking in the alley and from the bar across the street but none of it was too loud to be a concern. We loved our stay in Chicken Alley and I would recommend it to others.

Property was extremely centrally located and perfect for a couples getaway! Everything was clean and functioned properly. Parking was convenient but tight if you drive a larger car. Overall I would recommend and would visit again!

This place is awesome! Easily walkable to all the downtown area, great interior space that gave us all that we needed. Host was very easy to work with and was always there when we had questions. Will definitely be coming back!

This apartment was so spacious and clean! It has a full kitchen with everything you would need to cook a full meal, two comfy beds, and a nice living area. It is very close to shops, restaurants, and stores downtown. I would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely stay at Chicken Alley: good communication with Austin & Haley, easy check-in, very clean, lots of eateries nearby, great location to walk around town! Would def stay here again!

This is a great homebase for a weekend in lovely Downtown Asheville. The space was convenience, clean and well-appointed.
