This unit/building is very centrally located allowing for easy downtown Asheville walking and has a beautiful view looking out toward Pack Square Park. We found the unit to be very clean and well appointed with all the household supplies that we needed. Our only issue happened upon arrival when neither of the key fobs worked to open the door. Because we arrived after the mgt company’s business hours an automated text reply from Arras told us to contact the onsite hotel front desk. The hotel security person was pleasant and happily gave us access to our unit several times that evening. First thing the next morning the mgt company messaged to get the fobs fixed at our convenience.

Family trip
Everything was amazing with this trip and room. I would advise that on Friday and Saturday evenings it is very loud with cars doing burnouts and raving engines. We were fine and location is perfect but if you are a light sleeper it could be an issue.

Great property
Property was just as pictured. Very well kept and maintained. Wonderful stay! All documents needed for our stay were sent to us before arrival and we didn’t have the need to contact the property manager while we were on premises. Great find in Asheville.

Beautiful but noisy
The condo was beautiful and the location just can't be beat.
Unfortunately, our unit faced Pack Square and there is a fire department less than a block away. The noise from the sirens was constant and really affected the ability to enjoy the experience.
Being downtown, I expected traffic noise but even that felt a little extreme with motorcycles and muscle cars constantly revving their engines.
The hotel and staff wete amazing and made you feel like royalty.
If the unit were in a different location, this would be a five star review.

Higher end aparthotel in downtown Asheville
Apartment was spotless and nicely appointed. Location is very convenient for exploring downtown on foot and I appreciated being able to valet park the car so we didn’t have yeti think about it.
My only quibble with the space is that the bathroom is open to the bedroom and it would not be easy to shower or get ready in the bathroom without disturbing someone who is sleeping in. Not a problem for us at all, but something others may want to note.

Center of the Action
This fantastic condo was has the perfect location right in the middle of downtown Asheville. We looked directly down onto the constant goings-on at Pack Square - lots of protests the week we were there. The valet amenity was so convenient even though we walked almost everywhere - including the Urban Trail - eating & drinking at as many very cool restaurants & taverns that we could. There was also an abundance of boutique shopping, artsy-ness (a long walk to River Arts District), history & people watching available. We did leave downtown Ashville a few times to go hiking at Mount Mitchell and to tour Biltmore. We look forward to returning to Ashville (a week wasn't enough!) and hopefully this condo!

Very nice apartment, but some issues to be aware of
The apartment was very clean and matched pictures, which is very tastefully decorated. High quality finish.
One closet is locked for owner I suspect and that does limit you to one closet. But the dresser is large and there is a TV unit in the family room that we stuffed some stuff into. But would really have liked to have that 2nd closet for use... we were there for 11 nights.
The Arras Vacation Rentals folks were super responsive when I needed additional items. Thanks!
The valet process was frustrating. 10th floor rentals cannot use the texting process to request your car. There is no number to call down to. You are left to call the front desk of the hotel or just go down and request. Had issue calling desk once so we were left to go down and request car.
None of these issues are show stoppers. But I would not come back to this unit because of the outside noise from Pack Square. We faced it directly and it gets VERY loud most nights, but especially the weekend. The windows are basic double pane and just don't cut the noise enough. Thank goodness we brought our noise machine.

Awesome unit
Loved the condo and the building. It was clean, comfortable and in the perfect location. The furnishings were very nice, the bed comfortable, the living room perfect for an afternoon movie on a rainy day. We ordered in for dinner and a few groceries. Having the kitchen was great. The valet and the folks at the front were lovely and helpful. We could walk everywhere and the evening gather time in the lobby was a nice treat with wine and beer and a yummy appetizer.
I liked being able to use the round "key" for the "smart " elevator, the touch code was tempramental. I would definitely return.

Perfectly clean, very comfortable; all amenities available!
Fantastic stay in this condo on 10th floor of Kimpton Hotel builing. Valet parking included (except for tips, of course). Kitchen well-stocked, bedroom comfortable. New appliances. Noisy at times with multiple fire-trucks several times daily and overnight, but easy to overcome with earplugs and/or noise machine. Great location Will stay again

Park your car and forget about it!
Asheville is a wonderful town so many things to explore. Staying here you park your car and can walk to all the shops and eateries. The condo was EXACTLY as described and a PERFECT location !! Would absolutely stay at Arras Residence again.

Quick Asheville Getaway
The condo was perfect for the two of us for our stay in Asheville. We could walk to dinner every night. Valet parking was convenient. The condo was clean and well appointed. We could have used a few more dishes and towels, but it wasn’t a big deal. We would stay here again!
