Great Weekend

Our family of 7 women stayed for the weekend and had a wonderful relaxing time together. Plenty of bedrooms and spaces to hang out. Everyone loved the long kitchen table where we enjoyed our meals and played games. We also appreciated having multiple bathrooms and were thrilled to discover that everyone’s beds were extremely comfortable!!!A great place to stay if you want to be close to Asheville conveniences but also feel like you are on a mountain trip!

Ward siblings holiday gathering!

4 sibs and some spouses from NY, Ohio, VA and SC enjoyed the region to celebrate the pre-holidays. The Sunnyside House was great, we loved the Biltmore all decked out for Christmas, we enjoyed a sunset dinner and wandering around The Gove Park Inn, and we took the Asheville walking tour (a bit confusing but ok). Of course good food, visiting and Mexican Train Dominos. Thanks for the good time!

A suite for everyone

Four sisters gathered for a long weekend, and it was great for each of us to have our own bedroom and bathroom. We enjoyed the proximity to Biltmore Estate, downtown Asheville, and the Grove Park Inn. The neighborhood is quiet and also VERY steep and hilly (hard to go walking in the mornings). The kitchen is very nice but not outfitted for "real" cooking. This is great if you want a comfortable place to come back to after long days out and about. It's not necessarily for those who want to spend alot of the time socializing at the house. There were a few minor inconveniences for a place that emphasizes luxury: one hair dryer for 4 bathrooms (!), all-in-one shampoo/soap in the showers, no tissues anywhere etc. Minor examples for sure, but it's the little things that can really make a difference when traveling long distance!

5 daughters get together

We only see each other at weddings and wanted to get together for a longer time (without children because it's impossible to arrange it with my grand children whose ages range from 8-29. This requires accommodating spouses or older children). We had a great time. Ashville was great to walk around and has good restaurants. We spent a day visiting the Smoky Mountain National park, and a day at the Biltmore. The SunnySide was great, perfect for us. Close to downtown and easy to get to.

Fabulous property

We were a girls trip to Asheville a s Biltmore Estate and we’re so very pleased with this home. Clean, airy, well appointed and a bathroom attached to every bedroom was the icing on the cake! Comfy beds, nice linens and fluffy towels…. We were so pleased.

Comfortable and Clean

The property was well-maintained and provided plenty of space for our family. it was well-appointed, clean, and en suite bathrooms for every bedroom was as enjoyable as we had hoped. It was not as conveniently located to Asheville and hiking locations as we would have liked, but it was worth staying a little farther away from those attractions to be in such a nice space.

Great Family Vacation

Our extended family enjoyed a great stay. It was an added bonus to have seperate bathrooms for every bedroom. Very clean, comfortable and only a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Asheville. I will definetly stay here on future visits.

Annual Family Trip

The place was beautiful and the decor was modern and inviting. There was plenty of space and the notebook was very helpful. The view was fabulous! It was very quiet and relaxing. My only issue was that I was unable to lower the temperature and it was very warm and difficult to sleep.

Four old friends

For four friends who ver taken a vacation together. The Sunny Side was perfect! We each had ou Sunny Side was perfect! We are four old friends who had never gone on a mini vacation together before. We loved having our own bedrooms and bathrooms. From the minute we walked in to the end, we enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Two of us took advantage of the hot tub one night and the private porch was so nice. We were able to get to all our activities as we rented a vehicle at the airport and it was fairly easy to get around thanks to GPS as well as the use of Uber. It was about 16 minutes to Asheville. Woodfin area was very quiet. Since you asked for suggestions, a hair dryer on each floor would have been nice. Everything else needed was supplied. We definitely recommend The Sunny Side!

Absolutely Perfect!

I rented this condo for a girls’ weekend and it definitely exceeded our expectations. It was very spacious, more than enough room for 7 women (we decided there would have been plenty of room for a couple more!). It was spotless, the bathrooms had plenty of storage, beds were very comfortable and the closets were huge (and having hangers to use was a bonus). We loved the hot tub, used it every night, and really loved the open kitchen/living area, it was so spacious and a great conversational area. Because the kitchen was so well stocked with dishes/utensils/equipment we used it more than we planned which saved us money and gave us more time to visit! Ingles Market is only 1.5 miles away so it was very easy to get whatever we needed. Some minor suggestions for the unit would be more towel hooks in downstairs bathrooms, a bigger pizza cutter, and we had some trouble with the coffee maker (we accept that we could have been the problem there 🙂). But overall our stay was wonderful and would definitely stay again/recommend to others. Five Stars++++!!!!

Cutest luxury rental

A group of 7 of us stayed here for a friend's wedding in Weaverville. We wanted to be to close to downtown and close to the wedding venue and this was the perfect spot!! It was very clean and the checking in and out process was seamless. We loved that everyone had a king bed and a private bathroom and easy parking. We would definitely stay here again!

Fun on the Sunny Side

Great place! Super convenient, very clean, well-appointed, easy to park. Wifi is a bit of a challenge at times. Had some issues with air conditioning upstairs but property managers responded quickly. Highly recommend it for a large group.
