A full bathroom that includes a washer and dryer. Prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, with a kitchen table and a bar that seats two. Wake up and enjoy a cup of coffee while sitting in the rocking chairs on the front patio. There is plenty of yard space for your children to enjoy and plenty of room for parking.
Great location! One mile from the North Carolina arboretum, Blue Ridge parkway, French Broad river access, Bent Creek hiking and biking trails and The Asheville Outlets. Within 10 miles of the historic Biltmore House and Estate, Biltmore Village and downtown Asheville.

Note: There are 2 couches-smaller one is the pull out. It is best suited for small adults or children. There is a regular couch that can be slept on as well (1 person) and a double air mattress.
