I enjoyed our stay very much. The only negative is the parking is very tight. I had read reviews so I was aware of this before our stay. We were a short drive to downtown. It was very comfortable and inviting. I would highly recommend the Lazoom tours.

Quick stay a little out of town

I enjoyed my short stay at the bungalow. The kitchen and bedroom were nice and clean. The only kitchen instrument I tried to find with no luck was a strainer but that's not a complaint, only a suggestion.No joke about the loud noises though. I heard something that startled me the 1st night at 3ish am and asked Isabel, who confirmed it was a noise and not a prowler.Overall I liked staying here, but you would be well off with a car to get to the downtown or other areas. Bonus is that theres a hispanic grocery/eatery not far down the main road which would be worthwhile to visit at least once. Tienda el Quetzal.

King Tut

Brought my daughter and grandson to visit the Biltmore King Tut exhibit. Needed and overnight place to stay and came across Little Gem Cottage on Vrbo. Cute cozy little place. The bed was very comfortable! We enjoyed our stay.

Better Than My Own Home

We just needed a place to sleep before a long leg of driving the next day, and this perfectly suited us. The location is really close to a major road, but the house is soundproofed enough that the provided white noise machine and a fan were all that we needed to fall straight asleep. They provided snacks, drinks and wifi, in a bright and shining house I wouldn't mind moving into.

Adorable Cottage

This cottage is adorable! Perfect for a getaway for four. The home was very clean and little extras like coffee/tea and bathroom toiletries are always appreciated. Just a few miles from downtown and in close proximity to hiking and Biltmore. We will be back!

Cottage Stay

It was a very nice cottage . Very clean and perfect for my weekend with my granddaughter, who attends Mars Hill University. Not my favorite location but nothing about the cottage to complain about. It was perfect!

Great girls weekend getaway

We had an amazing weekend away at the Little Gem Cottage. It was quaint, cozy, clean, rustic yet modern. They’ve thought of all the little extras and details. We loved it and would recommend to everyone!

Night away for Billy Strings

Perfect spot for a short stay for a concert! The host were in extremely accommodating, the house was cute and clean. They had coffee, hot tea, water and a few bonus beverages available in addition to a few snacks which was great after our travels! Definitely recommend and would visit again!

Overnight stay

We came to Asheville for a gymnastics meet, an this house was a perfect overnight stay for our family! Clean, cozy, with a great host. Isabel made our stay wonderful with a few extra surprise treats!

Asheville christmas

I was nervous about returning to Asheville post storm but found the area recovering, thriving and I was only too happy to be part of it. The Little Gem Cottage was cozy and perfectly outfitted for my comfort. Road noise was a concern but was not an issue Sound machines made sleep easy. I would stay again.

Sweet little cabin stay (and too short)

The hosts were always ahead of the game on keeping us informed. The house is very clean and offers everything you could possibly need for your stay in the Asheville area. The neighborhood had a few sweet spots as well, including a fun little brew pub with outdoor games and some nice shops. I wish we had more time but were only softening the blow for our business the next day. Hopefully we'll be able to visit again in the near future.

Adorable little cottage

There were three of us but was supposed to be 4 would have been a little smaill for four women to share a bathroom, but a family with two children would have been fine. Everything was clean and maticulously decorated. Many thoughtfull items like ear plugs, face mask, snacks, water since the Asheville water is still not drinkable, they provided a notebook with places to eat and things to do in the area and instructions on how to use everything, as well as some throw blankets for the guests. The owner was very responsive and friendly. It was about ten minutes from downtown Ashville which was quite nice. I would definitely come back.

Girls weekend

Great place to stay so we could spend the weekend at Biltmore. More space than a hotel room and gave us extra time to sit and chat. Convenient location, lots of little touches, we went to one of the restaurant recommendations - excellent.

Beautiful

I loved this place, its modern and rustic. Beds were super comfortable and loved sleeping to the sound of ocean waves i had the best nights sleep. Overall i enjoyed my stay and to whoever decorated muah 😘. Will definitely stay again.

Sisters Getaway

Loved your home, just as I would have decorated! Perfect location for visit to everything Asheville! Difficulty getting into home, didn’t realize there was a back door/front door option on the app. Never could figure out how to put air on, so just turned heat way down. Took 3 sisters to figure out how to turn shower on. All in all great visit, time spent with sisters visiting beautiful Asheville, bringing my hubby back!

Very Comfortable

This property is very comfortable including the bed,bedding, sitting area, kitchen and front porch. The renovation is nicely done especially if you like a modern farmhouse aesthetic. Probably nicer than the pictures. The owner has really made an effort to think about guest comfort. They were also very responsive and accommodating. The location is very convenient to shops,major highways and Asheville as well as all points North of the city - it is not a "charming neighborhood" type of location. It was a great launch pad for outdoor activity around Asheville.

Exactly as stated and more

The House was so cozy and welcoming. There were snacks and drinks, laundry soap, bathroom necessities and all the comforts of home. The beds were so comfortable and felt like sleeping on a cloud. The slippers at the door were appreciated as well. Communication with the hosts was stellar. An experience we would love to have again. Thank you so much!!
