It's hard to not like this property for our reunion. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to visit. Walk to breweries and shops, short drive to Biltmore and Grove Park Inn. We had some minor concerns with loud yelling and plenty of sirens in the evenings but we never felt unsafe in the neighborhood. The home is nice, the outside patio on the roof is a great place to relax in the evening. This place would be a 5+ Stars but our group gave it a 4 for a few of the following reasons. The listing implies a first floor bedroom and 2 second level bedrooms. Actually, one bedroom is on the ground floor with a separate HVAC split that went bad on our first night. The management company was quick to respond and had someone come over to check it out only to tell us it needed a part that was not in stock. No A/C in bedroom one for the week. The other 2 bedrooms are on the 3rd level with the 2nd level being the living area. Lots of stairs to climb although there was an available elevator which was nice. I'm not sure we would stay there again as there are so many options in this part of Asheville. That being said, the small things listed above did not deter us from having a great time.
