Weekend in Asheville

The property was very clean and had everything we needed with plenty of room. The location was also great for us. The area was also pet friendly with places to walk our dog. The only problem was that the doors for the downstairs bedroom closet were off the rails so it wasn’t really useable.I would definitely stay there again!

Wasn't able to come up due to Helene but still was charged

The one star ratings isn’t based on the property, but the experience. We didn't have the chance to travel up due to the house being without power from Hurricane Helene. YONDER RENTALS, the rental company for the property, didn't refund us because we didn't have rental insurance, even with NC under a state of emergency from a historic disaster and the house not having power. I wouldn't suggest using their company for rentals to anyone because of this. We live outside of Greenville, SC and lost power for six days ourselves. We've had much better experiences in Asheville at other properties. We look forward to coming up again to help support Asheville in their recovery.

great location, great for larger groups

positives: clean, great location, good size for larger groups, hottub was a nice touch. opportunities for improvement: provide more beach towels for the hottub - 2 was not enough for our group of 5, the water dispenser on the refrigerator was not working properly, water pressure in the showers was anemic.

Spotless, well-appointed condo in a convenient location

We loved our stay here - the place was sparkling clean when we arrived and was well equipped with everything we needed. It was nice to have two dedicated parking spots, and the location was very convenient. We could easily walk down to Light Side coffee and Beaver Lake, and downtown Asheville was a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, clean and roomy

This was the perfect stay for a group of long time best friends getting together! We all had our own rooms and bathrooms, loved the hot tub and the large living area and kitchen. The location was quiet and quick 10-15 ride to downtown asheville. Very clean and homey. Would stay here again!!

Girls trip - place is adorable!

6 friends coming from different directions - Southbound did not disappoint. The area this rental is in is not yet completely developed (from a retail perspective). When it is, the 'town' will have more shopping and eating within walking distance and that will be an added bonus. Drive into Asheville is an easy 15 minutes with plenty of options for everything. We had a great weekend - felt safe in this property - and you will not be disappointed in the accomodations. What a gem - thank you!

High quality rental in great location

Wonderful

We really enjoyed this property and the location of it. I have zero complaints. The only suggestion would be a smaller table with chairs on deck to sit out and enjoy the evening on deck. Thank you for a great experience.

Girls Getaway

A wonderful location! My group laughed that when we googled the places on our list we wanted to see the answer each time was 11-13 minutes away - and that was correct! All in various areas of Asheville. The condo was clean and comfortable for 5 ladies, though the twin beds could use a box spring so they aren’t so low to the floor - but still very comfortable. We had a great time and can’t wait to extend our stay on a return trip to Asheville!
