Great space

3 of my cycling buddies and spouses came to do some riding on the BRP. This space was great. It was clean, spacious all the bedrooms were the same so it was very equitable for everyone. It well equipped and comfortable. The hot tub was a plus. The check in and check out process couldn’t have be easier. Will stay here again.

Comfort for all

Loved the location, loved the cozy house, loved all the king beds for our family. Everything worked in the house as it should. Really appreciated the light stock of necessities. It was just a wonderful stay. We loved Shady Grove!

Yonder Shady Grove property

Fantastic new property. We traveled with a group of 4 couples, it was great as there were 4 bedrooms with their own private bathrooms. It was a quick weekend trip so we did not get to cook at the house but they were equipped with a good amount of cookware if we would of choose to make dinner at the house. Highly recommend staying here for your trip to Asheville. Great location, we were even able to walk to a restaurant from this property.

Golden Girls

We are a group of 4 grandmothers that take a girl trip every spring . The condo was very clean and full of everything you need. We are old school and were a bit thrown by no tv without logging into streaming service. But once I figured that out we enjoyed our stay. Would like to have had some network news but we couldn’t make that happen. But the condition of this condo was perfect. Location was good . 10 minutes to most everything.

Extremely clean and convenient

This was probably one of the most throughly cleaned stays to date. It was convenient as far as the location to most things, especially food. The only flaw was really it’s direct location - I just wish the hot tub was set further back from the parking, but that’s being super critical. Overall a wonderful stay.

Beautiful and quiet location

The views from this location are very nice. The neighborhood is also very quiet. There are only a couple of restaurants walking distance but the newer Mexican restaurant was really good! This was an easy location to get to anywhere around Asheville for other restaurants and sightseeing. I would happily recommend this rental to anyone and would stay again if in the area.

Perfection

The house was beautiful! It was very private and we were thankful for the peace and quiet that we had at Shady Grove. Attention was given to every detail inside the house and every amenity we needed was waiting on us when we arrived. The location was absolutely perfect. We were able to visit the Biltmore, Arboretum and enjoy DuPont National Forest. We will definitely be staying here again.
