Great location, great house

This house was very well kept and in a nice neighborhood close to town. Perfect if you want to stay in and hang out and be in nature or close enough to get in an Uber and go in to a few breweries and Uber back. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Weekend Escape

We traveled to NC to get a break from the Texas heat and enjoy the fall colors of the Blue Ridge Parkway. We had a great time and it was always nice to come back to the house and relax even more.

Fantastic vacation in a beautiful home!

Courtney, the owner, was incredibly helpful before we arrived and as we arrived. There was significant information about Asheville and NC available at the house. The house was spacious, well equipped, and very clean and comfortable. It is set in a beautiful mountain area. We will be back!

Great October getaway!

We all loved the house. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great- About a 10 minute drive to downtown and the Biltmore and a central location for lots of hiking! Our host Courtney was awesome and very responsive when we had questions.

Terrific for couples and families!

We enjoyed this home very much and found it to be a perfect fit for our 4-night family vacation! We had 3 couples - us plus our 2 grown children and their partners. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked for the meals we cooked there. Ample dining space inside and on the deck. We easily used Uber/Lyft to and from downtown several times with ride times around 10 mins. Fun to explore the cool collection of vintage cameras and other decor in this home. Courtney was quick to respond to any questions both before and during our stay. Check-in and check-out were super easy with the lock box system. Excellent property all around!

Excellent stay and home away from home!

Well stocked, lots of towels, sheets, books, kitchenware. Great location -- easy access to all things Asheville. House set-up very easy to include all ages and privacy. Owner went out of her way to make sure we had accommodations for our 2 1/2 yr old grandson like high chair, pack 'n play bed, baby gate. All was great!

Lovely, cozy hill house

The home was very comfortable for 3 couples and extremely well equipped. The host was in good communication and very helpful. Even the walk-out basement room was fresh and did not seem like a basement. The only unexpected part was the steepness and turns of the driveway, but there was room to turn around and park 2 cars easily. The host did a good job of earning us about bears and we did see them twice.

Wonderful jumping off point for Asheville adventures

Property was very nice, and well suited for our couples group. We loved the decor, location and cleanliness of the place. Perfect distance to Asheville, remote enough that the surroundings were quiet, yet close enough to easily get to downtown. Would definitely stay there again!

Peaceful Getaway Near Ashville

We had a great time in Ashville staying at this property! It was very clean and a convenient location to Biltmore, downtown, etc. The deck was very serene and peaceful. We also really appreciated the communication with the host and notes throughout the house for operating the TV, light switches, etc.

Perfect spot

Three of us stayed here for 2.5 weeks for an out of town work trip. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom, and had plenty of space to spread out and work. We were close to grocery stores and downtown Asheville. The house was very clean and Courtney was a great host. This was a great alternative to a hotel. We will definitely stay again!

Awesome Asheville Experience!

House is very clean, all the necessary accommodations, and in a beautiful mountain neighborhood. Uber and Lyft easy to get to downtown, and house is easy to get to also. Host is awesome, very responsive, and extremely helpful. We will book again! We also saw a bear on the way into the neighborhood !!! Very cool!
