Spacious , modern designed home. View is nice. Drive up the mountain is a little scary - get a medium SUV.Kitchen is well prepped , but no coffee or sugar. make sure to bring yours from the first day.One star down because of the cleanliness issue, which We encountered, that was addressed by Carolina mornings.

Home is spacious, quiet, and in great condition. Views are breathtaking. The switchbacks on the way to house can be a challenge but that is the trade off for the incredible location. You will have a memorable stay.

Awesome relaxing retreat

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful mountain home. House was very clean, everything was in working order and we had no issues. Also had the pleasure of watching large black bear amble across the property and across the driveway and over the mountain.

Great Vacation

This trip meant a lot to me. All my adult kids and daughter in-law and husband were all together under one roof that was a BEAUTIFUL home that exceeded our expect ions. Ashville I truly love and the locals here. Biltmore was so awesome and the kids loved it. The house was so cozy and the whole process was nice and easy. Thank you, Highly recommend!!!

All the great reviews are right BUT this house can be a little noisy! When you're in the upper level bedrooms with the (hollow) doors closed, you can hear every conversation from the living room downstairs as well as noises from the kitchen. When you're in the living room, you can hear almost every sound from the upstairs bedrooms and shared bathroom. Other than that, we really enjoyed this beautiful, thoughtfully furnished, well-equipped home. And yes, we did see a mama bear and her cubs on Black Rock Drive as we left the house one morning.

Family Reunion

We loved our stay at this gorgeous house. There were 7 of us - we parents, our 3 adult children, our daughter-in- law, and our toddler granddaughter. We came from Massachusetts, Virginia, and South Carolina to spend a few days together in a neutral location with plenty to do for fun. We all loved being up on a hill and weren’t scared off by the steep driveway. The bedroom situation worked perfectly for us and everyone was comfortable. The house layout is excellent, with plenty of room everywhere, including the wonderful porch. We would absolutely stay here again if we return as a group to Asheville.

Beautiful Home with Amazing View

We really enjoyed our long weekend here. I traveled with my husband, daughter, and our parents, and we all felt like we had plenty of space to hang out together and also do our own thing! The home is so beautiful and view incredible! We found the check-in process and overall communication really clear and helpful. The driveway is very steep, but once you reach the top, the view is definitely worth it!

Wonderful mountain getaway

Beautiful home at the TOP of a mountain near downtown Asheville. Great views with plenty of room for our family of 5. Our kids wished they would have brought a couple of friends because there was plenty of room in the lower level/basement.
