Biltmore vacay
Had a wonderful time. House was clean and cozy, and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Marie was very friendly and kind. Felt like I had known her for a long time. We would stay there again. Great location.

Great home
We spent a week in Asheville helping out with our son’s family move from Denver to Asheville. This stay was perfect for us. The home is comfortable, spacious and has a fabulous porch. The hosts were thoughtful and helpful. I highly recommend this home. The only tiny drawback might be the very steep road to the location which is why I gave it 4* for location. The view is great, tho!

The property and location were perfect for an extended weekend visit to Asheville. Near the downtown, the arts district and Biltmore, but felt like it was in the country. Nice surroundings and big patio to relax on. Would definitely stay here again.

Terrific Stay
Our family stayed at this property for two weeks to be close to a new baby in the NICU at Mission Hospital. The property is terrific and the hosts are wonderful. The views from the deck are terrific.

Visiting Asheville to see Biltmore at Christmas
Home was very nice, cozy, comfortable, clean. Location super close to town and Biltmore. One road in a bit steep for us FL folks but found another way in and out in case of ice. We were astonished to see four black bears one evening in woods next to house, but, again, unusual for us FL people. Marie is an very accommodating host and had everything we needed to start our stay. We enjoyed spending time in her home.

Highly recommend Nana's Place
I took my 61 year old niece on one of her bucket list trips to Asheville and Biltmore at Christmas. Nana's Place was the perfect location for anything we wanted to do in the Asheville area. In addition it had stunning views and was perfectly furnished. We will recommend it to all our friends and will definitely rent again when we are fortunate enough to return.

Comfortable and close to everything
This is a comfortable place and it is close to everything in Asheville. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals and even stocks coffee for your morning. The deck is awesome! Highly recommend and would stay again.

Clean place with great location
Our stay was very enjoyable. The host was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect with a nice deck and view but only a 5 minute ride to downtown. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed.

Outstanding home away from home.
Nana’s Place was ideal for our stay in Asheville. Centrally located to all the hot spots. The house itself was super clean and comfortable. All amenities are provided and some! Would definitely stay again if we visit Asheville.

Ben Davis girls
Our group of 5, 77 year old, lifelong friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Two from Indiana, one from Kentucky, Ohio, and Arizona. We were in Asheville 5 days and found the house to be nicely updated and yet warm and comfortable. The weather was was perfect so we took advantage of the roomy outdoor space. The location is a real plus. We were five minutes from Biltmore village, the mansion, and five minutes the opposite direction we were in downtown Asheville with lots more shops and very good restaurants. We had dinner at the house once and breakfast a couple of mornings and found the kitchen to be everything we needed. Nana was very pleasant and helpful if we needed her. I would certainly recommend. We were hoping to see a momma bear and her cubs come down the hillside but that didn’t happen. We also found the price and fees more reasonable than other vrbos I saw in the area.

Misleading photos in VRBO ad
Only complaint: no real views of mountains as pictured..old photos before trees grew..zoomed way in to show glimpse if mountains..mainly we could see Mission Hospital..we love to sit on a deck and see the the mountains..we did enjoy sitting on the porch, but no views:(

Great Asheville Location
This was our second stay at Nana's Place, and it was even better this time. The covered deck is a great addition. Very convenient to Downtown Asheville, River Arts and the various routes in and out of town. We hope to be back

Convenient location with a view
The home was updated tastefully and adequately stocked in the kitchen for cooking-in if that is your preference. There are two bedrooms, that are more like suites. Both have their own bathroom. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio and the convenience to downtown Asheville and the Biltmore. The only surprise is the steep narrow road - but with it comes a beautiful view. All worth it for sure. We would rent this pace again and highly recommend it.

Clean home, perfect location, just what we needed
This rental was the perfect spot for our week in Asheville. My husband and I dropped our children off at nearby camps, then spent the week based in this home. The owner lives downstairs but there is no noise or disturbance sharing the space. She was helpful on a number of occasions and responsive immediately to all questions, both before and during our visit. Even though the home is older, my husband remarked about how clean the home was and well taken care of. The location is perfect within Asheville and close to many outdoor adventures nearby. If our children return for camp again next summer, we will return for another stay.

Peaceful retreat!
My daughter and I were looking for a restful stay and we found it at Nana’s place. It immediately felt like home! It was so spacious and the view of the mountains from the sprawling deck was majestic! It was only a 5-10 min drive into downtown Asheville which made it nice to easily get there and spend the day. We would definitely recommend this place for your next stay in Asheville. Marie the owner was very responsive.

wonderful house in Asheville
We had a great time staying at Marie's place! There was plenty of room for 4 adults, we had excellent views from the deck, and we could easily drive or Uber to restaurants. There was nothing missing in amenities, and Marie was right there to help when there was a neighborhood-wide power outage. We feel very lucky to have picked this place.

Best AVL VRBO
This was the best vrbo we’ve stayed at in Asheville, and this was our fourth visit. Plenty of space for four of us, and a beautiful view of the mountains. Walking distance to downtown, however, be aware the house is up a big hill. You’ll get a good glutes workout ☺️ Will definitely book here again if we have four in our group. Loved having a bathroom for each couple.

Very comfortable house with a convenient location.
The house is a perfect place to unwind and to sleep. The ceiling fans and the AC kept us very comfortable. I would give it an A plus in cleanliness and the views from the house were beautiful.
