The House is nice, clean and roomy. Very well maintained and all the beds are adjustable. We had 5 people and we all had our on space and plenty of hot water for 5 showers. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the cookware, utensils and everything you may need including spices. We stayed on the go so we didn’t make use of the hot tub. I would definitely recommend this house and would stay here again.

The house was even better than the listing pics! It was cute and immaculately clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we normally expect and even more. The back deck had a nice view of the large, tree lined yard and plenty of seating. The lovely waterfall was delightful with the fire pit nearby and plenty of free wood. Though we did not use the hot tub or game shed, both were very nice additions. The 3 king beds, each with direct access to a bath were the most appreciated features. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this property.

Nice with comfortable memory foam mattresses and well appointed kitchen. Third bathroom had a TINY sink & little space for toiletries - not shown in photos. Yard mowed as we arrived but not blown so grass clippings littered the fire pit patio and chairs. Needs minor handyman work & more ceiling fans.

Asheville quiet getaway

The house was everything we wanted for our getaway Asheville area. Very comfortable and well equipped. Adjustable beds were a very nice surprise. Soaking in the hot tub was very private and peaceful. Loved the convenient access to downtown Asheville. Perfect choice for two people or a family vacation.

Relaxing Base for Asheville Exploration

I've stayed in many vacation homes over the years and this was the nicest home I've stayed in - there was plenty of room for adult children, spouse, and elderly parents. Spotlessly clean property in a peaceful neighborhood with views. The kitchen was loaded with amenities and there were so many thoughtful touches - right down to a cannister of umbrellas and walking canes by the doorway and a loaded spice cabinet. It was about a 10-15 min drive to downtown Asheville with some curvy roads, but fine as long as you took your time. Easy access to Blue Ridge parkway. Highly recommend this home!

Sister's Vacation

Wanted a home with 3 bedrooms & 3 baths for a sister’s trip to the Biltmore. Photos of home/rooms were very accurate. Hot tub is somewhat of a strange place. Maybe specify it’s located behind the shed. Kitchen was fully supplied with everything one would need to prepare all meals. Grocery store was very close to property, so it was convenient to purchase food prior to check-in. Few suggestions to improve guests stay: Room darkening shades in all bedrooms, larger sink in 2nd bedroom bathroom and upgrade shower in shared bathroom.

Great house for our quick weekend getaway

House was perfect for three adult couples and very clean. Approximately a 15 min ride into town and a great little coffee shop within 5 minutes down by the river (High Five). Thanks for the pleasant stay!

Best VRBO experience ever!!!

The house was amazing! The hot tub was amazing! The waterfall feature was so peaceful and beautiful. But the best thing about this stay was the property management/customer service! I had several questions and requests before and after booking and they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and all of my questions were answered so quickly!! They even offered a discount on an extra night! We will DEFINITELY be staying with Yonder NC again! Especially since they offer repeat customers discounts for future stays!!! Thank you so much!

Not Enough time to enjoy everything

This was one our best stays anywhere, ever. Everything was clean, it's location was only 15-20 min from places we needed to go. The outside amenities made it a great place to be either inside or out. We will be back.

Great Get Away Long Weekend Place

Meadow Run Falls was just as advertised. It was perfect for our little family getaway. Two people have walking issues, all three bedrooms on a single floor and only a couple of steps in were perfect for us. The surprise was that all three bedrooms had king-size beds with power adjustments. We appreciated TVs in each bedroom too. The hot tub was wonderful after a day out seeing the sights. It was well-equipped with everything we needed. The grounds were well maintained and everything worked well. The turn off the main road was sometimes a little hidden, but we figured it out. The directions were great and our GPS also led us right to the property.

Sibling reunion

Our stay was fantastic. This home is beautiful, fully stocked and very comfortable. All 3 bedrooms have king-sized beds, each with a bathroom. Who could ask for more? The private yard, waterfall, and spa were all enjoyed by our group. Early check-in was a bonus. We hope to be back.

Great location to Downtown Asheville

We chose this property for the outdoor area for my Mom, but we were very disappointed in the care of the outside of the property. All the cushions need to be replaced! The outdoor areas on the property need some major care; dead trees by water pond, lots of weeds, overgrown plants, landscaping on the front of the house almost goes to the roof, you can't even sit on the front porch (that has a nice fan) due to bushes being so tall! Lots of weeds sprayed, but never pulled up. The umbrella on the picnic table didn't work it was so rotted and had a huge wasp nest. We thought we would have several areas for her to enjoy the outdoor space unfortunately it does not look like the pictures. Great house inside and very clean with everything you need.

Beautiful location

The property is gorgeous and has a lot to do. We enjoyed the beautiful views, the peaceful water feature, fire pit, game room, and hot tub. The beds were very comfortable and the house was clean.

Gorgeous property, perfect stay!

This property is beautiful! Our kids loved the outdoor space, playing in the yard, and in the game room. We enjoyed evenings in the hot tub. The house had everything we needed and the kitchen was amazingly stocked with all kinds of kitchenware - better than any other rental house we have ever stayed in! The hosts were very communicative and provided all the info we needed. Instructions and helpful tips about Asheville were provided at the property. We can’t wait to come back to Meadow Run soon!

Girls trip

We enjoyed our stay. The hosts were accommodating and allowed us to check in early. We appreciated that! The backyard porch and yard was beautiful! Was rainy and chilly so unfortunately we couldn’t use the fire pit. House was clean and comfortable. We would have liked a course or more bath towels The area was relatively close to everything; downtown, Biltmore, Airport. We used Lyft or personal ride share and were able to get rides except for one time. I would stay there again.

Great space

We rented the house for a friends 40th birthday. We all had a great time visiting Asheville and spending the weekend at the house. We were extremely impressed with the attention to resolving a maintenance matter. Great experience!

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at Meadow Run Falls. It is a nice property with several nice sitting areas outside. The management was very accommodating and allowed us a late checkout.
