Luxury Loft in Downtown is everything it's advertised to be. Within walking distance to all Downtown Asheville offers! The beds were comfy, the decor simple but stylish and the mini split came in handy for the warmer weather. Providing coffee and tea was a nice special touch. We would definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful stay in this amazing loft!!! Claudia was the BEST host! She was so informative and helpful. She checked on us during the stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The loft was clean, comfortable and located in the heart of downtown Asheville. We parked our car in the parking deck across the street and never moved it until we left. We could walk to everything! I highly recommend staying in this amazing loft. I will be back!

Great location! Very nice studio apartment in a quiet building on a quiet street. Host was timely in providing check-in information. Loved that the kitchen was equipped with a French press. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to experience downtown Asheville.

Perfect, cozy studio loft located in Downtown Ashville

My wife and I had a wonderful experience in Downtown Ashville. We were in Ashville for an event at Harrah's Convention Center. Wewalked to the event as well as our dining destinations. No car was needed until we left for home.

Perfect location central to downtown tourist areas of interest. Comfy interior, well stocked kitchen. Thanks for the tea selection and a french press! Claudia was always ready to answer questions if needed. Check in was a breeze.

Asheville Stay

Really wonderful host and great location! The only recommendations I have for this location is to warn visitors that hallway lights in building go off with no movement. I was not prepared and worried about safety when I entered a dark hall. The addition of shades in the living room would help with the morning bright sunlight. The floors have original flooring and some settlement irregularities. Overall we were very pleased with the stay. The host was absolutely wonderful! I would definitely stay there again.

Great Location and Comfortable

We had a delightful stay at this centrally located apartment. The kitchen was well stocked and the owner was quick to respond, replaced a faulty electric kettle and made great suggestions for restaurants and things to do.

Wonderful Asheville retreat

We had an awesome time in Asheville! Claudia's home is very comfortable, quiet but still close to the downtown! We had a seamless check in, wonderful instructions on how to enter the condo. Claudia checked on us to make sure all was well. The condo is exactly as described and in the photos. Very clean, comfortable beds, We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Many close restaurants, our favorite was Twisted Laurel! We would stay again on our next trip!

Quiet Retreat in the Middle of Everything

My husband and I wanted a place where we could walk everywhere we wanted to go, and this property was perfect. From easy parking, to the 3 minute walk to great dining, fun bars, and the Pinball Museum and Woolworth Walk, we were able to go and go, come back and recharge, and then go again. The property was clean, the bed and furniture was very comfortable, the temperature control was easy, and above all it was QUIET! We also enjoyed the use of space, the views, and the feel of a true escape from our cluttered noisy life. Host was communicative and helpful with a quick question about local shopping, but not intrusive. Not one thing ‘could have been better’. We are planning another weekend visit and will stay here again. Loved it.
