  • Stunning views, outdoor space (with infrared heaters!) & contemporary design define this sun-soaked, conveniently located condo in downtown Asheville. Features two bedrooms, each w/private bath & 1 King, 1 Queen bed + queen sleeper sofa. Perfectly located on Biltmore Ave, close to shopping, dining, breweries, galleries, live music & more. Short drive to Biltmore Estate & other attractions. Check out local recommendations & favorite restaurants. 1 parking spot in onsite garage, fits vehicle no larger than a Tahoe. The pet fee for this pet-friendly unit is $75 plus tax and must be paid before arrival.

    This condominium is pet-friendly. There will be a $75 (plus tax) non-refundable pet fee. This will not be included in your payment to Airbnb. Guests will need to contact Towns Property Management, Inc. to provide a credit card for this fee. If Towns Property Management, Inc. has not received this payment prior to check-in, they reserve the right to cancel the reservation and no refund will be issued to the guest.

Everything was fine but the m aster bedroom and balcony overlook a very busy street so a lot of street noise.Never did get the tv work on spectrum.Let us now if you have any units that face onto Lexington street which is much quieter

Directions well to get in were easy. All the access codes made us feel safe and secure. The condo was clean and spacious. The outside heated patio was so nice in the evenings and there were so many things within walking distance. 10/10 recommend

Convenient and clean very well maintened. Cleaning crew was efficient on prompt. Only challenge the bathroom doors were difficult to shut and the mosquito barrier did not work.

Great condo

Everything was great! Condo was just as advertised, and porch is huge! Walking distance to so many places. Street noise from the porch was the only reason I gave the location 4 stars. Very much enjoyed our stay!

The location is great for accessing the South Slope area by foot - with restaurants and breweries close at hand. It is a very modern bldg and had all we needed. The downside is lack of sound proofing with windows and front door - since the unit faces Biltmore Ave, you get road noise throughout the day/night. They do provide noise machines to help with that. I would stay here again.

Wonderfully apportioned, great location!

Lovely new property in the heart of the city. Clean, roomy, quiet from neighbors (some street noise expected in center city). Would be great if more parking was closer and accessible but easy Uber pickup. Hope to stay here again!

Great executive level property!

Condo was very spacious with a large outdoor space on the 3rd floor. This unit has a parking garage and you take an elevator to your rental. It is on the 3rd floor and very convenient to Daddy Mac's (a must do) and several breweries/shops within easy walking distance. Everything was well maintained - easy recommendation!!

Clean property and great location. Some issues…broken ice machine, spotty Wi-Fi, pretty noisy and the garage was quite cramped. Overall it was fine and got the job done.

Superb location. Very safe with multiple codes to enter. Clean. Modern. Impressed with all the extras provided and a special notebook to help understand how to use them! Thank you for allowing pets too - we appreciate all the extra touches ~ especially the balcony!

The good and the bad

It was a lovely condo. The only negative was the noise from the street, no ice in the freezer and my friends TV in the master did not work the last couple of days!

Great Location on the South Slope

Excellent Condo, convenient location to South Slope breweries and downtown Asheville. Condo was clean and had all the amenities. Check-in, parking and communication were great! Couple of issues that were not a big deal, one bedroom does not have an exterior window, fine if you want it super dark. Second is the road noise which comes and goes. Not a big deal, but may be annoying to light sleepers.
