  • Stunning newer condo in downtown Asheville. This unit has 1 Main Bedroom and a Murphy Bed with balcony that opens from the bedroom and runs the entire length of the condo. Enjoy city views by the firepit. Located on Biltmore Ave in downtown you are central to all that Asheville has to offer. Also, just a short drive to the Biltmore Estate or the Blue Ridge Parkway; the location is hard to beat. One parking space is available but the car can be no larger than a Tahoe type vehicle.
    By booking this unit you agree to the terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement.

The condo was perfect for our first visit to Asheville! We loved the location! It was so easy to walk to restaurants and shops, bike to the River Arts District, and get to the mountains for hiking!

Beautiful apartment an easy walk from downtown

Great fall getaway

Very nice condo in a great location. We loved the fire pit on the cool evenings. Convenient to all that downtown has to offer. The private secure parking was a huge plus!

Asheville getaway

We had a lovely trip. The condo was clean and comfortable. The firepit on the patio was a pleasant addition. We were able to walk to several places downtown.

Great downtown Asheville stay

The condo was very clean, well decorated,and in a great location. The place was within walking distance of everything downtown. Highly recommend!

Bachelorette Trip

We had a great time renting this property for a quick weekend getaway to celebrate our bride-to-be! Great location, very nice property and internal decor. Loved the terrace and firepit. Easy instructions for checking in and out, and appreciated the extras provided for your use in the apartment. Overall great experience.

Great place, Great location

We had a great time at this clean, upscale condo. The pre-trip process was smooth and easy. Once at the property, it was an easy walk to downtown shopping, pizza, and craft breweries. We found this to be a great location for our visit and would highly recommend it for its smooth reservation process, clean condo, and great location.

Excellent Condo Stay!

The condo was very nice and clean and well stocked. My husband and I enjoyed hanging out on the balcony as the weather was around 80 degrees. Nice neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance.

Unit was very well maintained and clean. It was stocked with starter kits (coffee, cleaning, paper products, soap) and plenty of extra items (linens, paper products, etc.). The kitchen featured high-end appliances, and had every type of cooking utensil and pot/pan you would need if cooking inside the unit. All appliances and electronics worked properly, and the bed and other furniture were comfortable. The balcony was truly amazing, whether relaxing while reading or having a meal at the table. It was quiet within the unit, i.e. no noise from neighbors - however, being in the city meant hearing the occasional fire truck on the way down Biltmore Ave. Everything was walkable, whether for food, drink, galleries, shopping, or other entertainment. There is also a lovely local grocery co-op within a couple of minutes walk. The management company communicated with us continually and provided many details about accessing the building and garage, as well as suggestions for activities and dining. Given that most other accommodations charge for parking, we appreciated having the free underground parking.

Asheville Visit

Wonderful experience with this condo. All other positive reviews of this unit were confirmed—perfect location, great view/balcony/fire pit, and even the Murphy bed was comfortable. Pocket doors separating hallway from living room and dual balcony access from bedroom and living room enabled a private separation of sleep quarters. We would stay here again.

Great location!

Secure building and easy walking distance to downtown. Easy access to highways around town. Condo is very clean and you will have everything you need. If you’re looking for quiet, it’s perfect. Occasional loud car but that’s it. Highly recommend!

Home away from home

This property was absolutely stunning! It had everything you could need for a home away from home vacation. It was super clean and chic. I love the updated features. The fire pit hit the spot for a cold night, chilling with friends. Everything was a reasonable walk for restaurants and bars! I also loved the place was gated for security of our things and car! We would highly recommend this stay and look forward to booking in the future!

Great location - Immaculate 1BR

You can walk anywhere you need to in Ashville and find all the hot spots and a few hidden gems. Condo was brand new, fully supplied and very comfortable. A lot of nice little extras in the kitchen and nice extra blankets in bedroom. Was too cold/windy to use fire-pit but the deck is quite large and would be awesome in better weather. Highly recommend!

The property was very nice. But there was a lot of noisy construction nearby, you could not even enjoy the patio. The neighbor is close to everything but there are homeless people in the area, so i would not have felt comfortable waljing in the evening by myself.

Beautiful Modern Condo, Great Location

Beautifully decorated modern condo within walking distance of some of the best breweries and restaurants in Asheville. You only need to pack your toothbrush as this condo has everything you will need for your stay - coffee, condiments, cleaning supplies, toiletries, etc. Kitchen has everything you will need if you want to dine/cocktail in. The highlight was the large beautiful balcony with firepit, plenty of seating and room for dining. Will certainly be our "go to" place from now on when we want the downtown Asheville experience.
