  • This two king bedroom condo is ideally located in downtown Asheville and offers a large modern kitchen and a bonus queen sofa bed - everything you need to enjoy a quick getaway or a long stay in the mountains. This modern condo building is only a block away from Asheville`s vibrant Biltmore Avenue featuring a movie theater, historic general store, James Beard Award winning restaurants, cocktail lounges, shops and galleries. A historic baseball park, the Biltmore Estate, the Upper River Arts District, West Asheville and many, many more attractions are a short ride away! You`ll run out of time before you run out of things to do, so plan to rebook! There is one parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere. *PLEASE NOTE* Vehicles must not exceed 7,000 lbs- Large trucks, RVs, Vans, Trailers, or Boats are not permitted

Great location. Kitchen could use a few more basics for cooking. Other couple had to park in nearby garage because on only 1 parking pass but we all had access on our phones to the building. Loved that easy access to the park across the street for dog. Overall would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location and lovely place!

Great location in downtown Asheville with parking in a new building with a very clean and fully furnished apartment. Very responsive host. We will definitely come back and stay at this location.

Mostly good experience. A few maintenance type issues need to be addressed for safety. Area rug in living room is curling in the corner on the way into primary bedroom - a trip hazard. Easily blew an outlet in primary bathroom while plugging in hair dryer. It also affected lamp on bedside nightstand nearest bathroom. Appreciate the quick response to repair. Very clean and spacious. Close to shopping and restaurants, but very steep hills throughout area make walking quite strenuous. Security is great although there is a learning curve. Would stay there again!

Perfect location!

This location was perfect for walking to all the fun places downtown! The unit was clean and worked well for our 2-night stay. Parking was also very appreciated given the downtown location. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Great Asheville Stay!

This place was great for our short getaway to Asheville! It's conveniently located to downtown Asheville. We parked our car at the parking deck and walked all over downtown Asheville. Very easy to check out shops, restaurants, and breweries! Highly recommend, and would stay again!

The perfect spot for a weekend away!

We absolutely loved this property for our girls weekend away. The first thing we all commented on, was how clean it was. The location is perfect for folks wanting to walk to restaurants and shops in downtown Asheville. We would definitely return to this property for our next Asheville trip!

Girls weekend

The perfect location in downtown Asheville! Walkable to all the shops And restaurants but on a relatively quiet street and very safe. Very clean and comfortable. Beds were nice and accommodations were great. Could use a blender but otherwise perfect and had everything else we needed! We would stay here again!

The condo was perfect for our needs. Free parking, and walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping. The rooms were comfortable, and everything worked. Requests for service were answered immediately by the very responsive staff. Would definitely stay here again when in Asheville.

Just down the hill

This is a great property in an excellent location. Just up the hill are all the stores, restaurants, etc. downtown Asheville has to offer. The digital access to parking and the building was seamless. Great communication from the manager. Wonderful place!

Everything I Hoped For

The property was in a desirable neighborhood with easy walking access all around town. Meticulous unit with very comfortable beds and furnishings. My only recommendation is to stock the kitchen with more pans for those of us staying for a week who do like to cook.

Fantastic!

Location! Walking distance to all restaurants shopping and bars in downtown Asheville. The checkin and parking app, was very easy. The unit was super clean, modern with typical amenities. Biltmore is about a 10-15 minute drive from the condo. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family!

Great location and property

Wonderful stay! The condo was very clean and walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Felt completely safe the entire time. Condo building is extremely secure. Condo itself was modern and nicely equipped with most amenities. Beds were very comfortable. A full length mirror would have been nice. All in all a great place to stay!

Great place in a great location

Really enjoyed our stay in Asheville. The property is as described in a very walkable area in close proximity to the restaurants and breweries. Clean and bright condo. Only minor downside to be aware of is the walls are a little thin and you’ll hear folks walking around above you or the vacuums running early in the mornings but common to any condo.

Perfect Asheville Location

Excellent location, quiet, comfortable & met all our needs. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Only challenge was that there were several key pad access points & the app would get finicky. I had to shut my phone down & restart it to get the app to work. As long as I did that, it worked fine. Would definitely go back. Great location to "see" Asheville.
