Good, clean cabin. Would stay again!Beds are comfy and soft. Nice porches with outdoor lighting. We brought corn hole boards and solo stove (no firepit there) and played corn hole with fire in the solo stove in the culdesac which was fun since there was no traffic there - had it all to ourselves. Beautiful night time sky from the culdesac. Saw deer, birds, squirrels and chipmonks on the property. Nice view out of upstairs master bedroom window above bed.Some suggestions that would make this even better...more towels, only had 1 per guest. There was a slow drain in main floor shower ( ankle deep ) and right sink in upstairs master. No keurig. Ice cream scoop would be helpful. And only 1 dishcloth to wash dishes - it smelled sour after day one. Didnt use gas fireplace, we found it difficult to start. Bring extra bath and dish towels as well as foil, storage bags, etc, if needed. Bring folding chairs if you want to utilize the culdesac for games.

Stunning Sunsets

My stay at the Peregrine Nest was spectacular. The home and neighborhood were so peaceful. I love the wrap around porch, taking walks and seeing the beautiful sunrise and sunsets from the windows. The mountain views did not disappoint. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! I started writing my second memoir here so this will hold a special place in my heart!

A great and peaceful place to stay!

A wonderful home with plenty of space for a family (or friends) to spread out in. Great location if you are wanting to snow tube at Moonshine Mountain in the winter months. Also close enough to Hendersonville and Brevard to just about anything else you want to embark upon. We have stayed at this home multiple times and will continue to do so. Zero complaints!!

Wonderful Weekend!

This cabin was very welcoming and cozy! My family enjoyed our stay here. The Host was extremely communicative and responsive and helped with all of our small issues. We arrived late on Friday night, and it was very dark upon arrival, we had issues finding our way around as some lights were out and the spot lights on the exterior were not working. The house itself is lovely, with a fully stocked and well equipped kitchen. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The view from the deck of the mountains was beautiful and a perfect place for a wonderful sunset. On the second day of our stay, we decided to use the Hot Tub, however, we never got the jets working. That night, we also noticed a few of the remotes for the TVs were not working (seemed to be out of battery). We reached out to the host regarding the lights that were out in the exterior, the hot tub not working properly and the remote batteries. She was incredibly reliable and had the property manager at the house the next morning to address our issues. She was able to help with everything, but was unable to get the Hot Tub jets working. Aside from these few issues, we still had a wonderful time. The only other thing we had problems with was the Fireplace the last night, we never got to work. We would recommend this cabin to any family looking to have a wonderful vacation in the beautiful mountains. This property is home to many many deer, which are so beautiful to see on a daily basis. It's a magical place.

Nice mountain hideaway

We rented the property on a long term basis while looking for a property to buy in the area. It became home away for us. It is so close to Hendersonville town center and all the amenities you should want. Neighbors were very friendly and the location is idea for pups. We had a very restful time - the owner is very accessible and quick to respond. Highly recommend the property for a short stay, or like us, longer term. BTW _ so peaceful, you will fall in love with the mountains and their air.

Lovely Cabin & Responsive Owner

We had a lovely stay at the cabin - beautiful views and quiet relaxation. When we had trouble with the internet going out, the host was super responsive & got things fixed for us as quickly as possible. We'd definitely stay here again!

Beautifully Wonderful Spot for 16th Anniversary

My hubby and I wanted to celebrate our Leap Day Anniversary uniquely and this gem was close enough to all the cute little towns we wanted to visit and Asheville that we grabbed the chance to book it. It's perfect. The loft upstairs is where we spent most of our time while we were in the cabin - the views are beautiful. The weather wasn't great while we were there but it didn't stop us from driving around and this cabin was perfectly located and easy to get to and from and the driveway wasn't too steep as some we saw were somewhat frightening. We loved using the kitchen and cooking a couple of dinners and the hot tub on the last night (even though it was sprinkling) was fabulous. The BBQ works great too - was kinda windy but we got it lit! You'll love it too!

A perfect winter getaway!

This picturesque home is the perfect place for a winter getaway. The home is nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac which gives added privacy and an undisturbed view of the mountains. The sunsets are beyond beautiful. The pictures of this home don’t do it justice because it’s even cuter in person. Everyone had such a great time and my dog enjoyed frolicking through the forest. We saw wild deer, bunnies, squirrels and so many birds. I’m seriously considering rebooking for Christmas ❤️

Thanksgiving Weekend

Our stay at Rambling Ridge was perfect. Clean, spacious, comfortable. Furniture and design were beautiful, and convenient for getting to brevard / Hendersonville. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. The space was well equipped! We would absolutely stay again!

Holiday Get Away

We did a quick getaway to the mountains to kick off our holiday season. We loved our accommodations. Relaxing and cozy for the two of us and our dog. We found the kitchen to be well stocked with everything we needed to fix quick meals. The house was very clean, and the views - fantastic! We hope to be able to visit again.

Second Stay

This was our second stay at the cabin and it was just as lovely as the first. The cabin is comfortable and cozy (plus stocked with almost everything you would need). The views of the mountains while walking our dogs in the neighborhood were incredible. The host Kelly is great at communicating and responding to questions. Thank you again for a great vacation!

Spring Break

Perfect lodging for our winter break!

We brought our pre teen kids and met friends with a toddler and all stayed comfortably in the cabin. The kitchen was incredibly well appointed and the common areas were perfect for gathering and reconnecting. We were close to snow tubing, hiking, and ghost tours and also had peace and quiet with a beautiful surrounding!
