Lovely house in perfect location

We had the best time at the historic cottage. It was exactly as described and in the best location. Once we parked the car we were able to walk to everything. The front porch was perfect for hanging out. You can hear music from various places on the porch although it wasn't bad inside and we had no problems sleeping.

Location of this house was key. Everything was a short walk away. We loved sitting on the front porch drinking coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. It was perfect little house.

Fabulous Family Time in Asheville

The house was a perfect setting for Mother's Day weekend with our adults sons, a first visit to explore Asheville with "cousins from all around the USA" for a greater family reunion & the celebration of our nephew's wedding! Loved it all!The house location was excellent -- easy walking to so many fun destinations downtown! When we weren't out and about exploring, we could kick back, read & relax on the front porch...... and just enjoy the charm, quiet & comforts of the Cozy House! Thank you for making it a sweet home away from home for a long weekend of fun!

Girl’s trip

Stayed in the Cozy Cottage for 2 nights for a girls getaway. The location of the house was perfect! We walked everywhere. Everything was clean and was well represented in the pictures. Would definitely recommend. Thankyou!!

Just Perfect!

We love the cozy cottage! If I could rate 'location and neighborhood' 10 stars I would! The house has everything we need and is in the perfect location. We were able to walk to places and enjoy time at the house. The hosts are super easy to work with and always very kind. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Cottage for an Ashville Getaway

This lovely home was a perfect place for a mom and daughters getaway in Ashville NC. This home is in a lovely neighborhood and walking distance from downtown restaurants, cocktail bars, coffee shops and even a spa! The large front covered porch and furnished porch off the kitchen made easy to enjoy the outdoors when lounging between activities. If you are looking for a great place to stay this is well worth it. Thank you to the hosts for providing everything we needed to have a great weekend.

Fabulous Rental!

Carl and Terri have a wonderful cottage that was comfortable and convenient It is in a great location close to many attractions but in a quiet neighborhood The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms are modern The entire cottage was clean The front porch was charming Check in and check out were seamless The online description was accurate Highly recommend!

What we expected …….. due to accurate description

My communication with Carl and Terri prior to and during our stay always resulted in a prompt reply. The TV was tricky to operate, directions would have helped. Location was ideal, easy to walk to downtown. We tried a few restaurants on the list of recommendations and they were very good. We would recommend the cozy cottage to others!

The Perfect Asheville Basecamp

Family stayed for a few days in this cozy, ideally located home. Home was beautiful, beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked, and off-street parking to boot - couldn’t be more ideal. We walked to morning coffee and sandwiches at the bodega, lunch beers just around the corner and the best ice cream sandwiches literally right next door. Highly recommended.

Great property. Need additional blankets for bedrooms. Shampoo in the bathrooms. Throw blankets for living room. All the passwords given were different. Signal for the tv kept buffering. These are all small things, but would improve the stay.

Perfect Location

The location of this house was wonderful for walking around downtown Asheville. It didn't seem to us that the listing saying it would be comfy for 8 wasn't accurate. There is one good sized bathroom upstairs with the bedrooms and one small one downstairs. Two of the bedrooms have multiple beds, but that wouldn't work for all groups. There are only three bedrooms.

The house is very charming and comfortable. It is well located so you can easily get to the restaurants, breweries, The Biltmore, or Omni.
