Fantastic location; Rustic charm

Charming old brick vibe, 20 foot ceilings, perfect for 2 couples to enjoy Ashville. Breweries, restaurants, shops all within walking distance. Had some noise from folks above us but place is secluded and private. Hosts responded to communication immediately, where kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again

Best location!!!

This place is so cool! Centrally located to everything!! Would recommend parking at parking deck and leave car there. No need to drive to most places. You can Uber to bigger breweries!! Loved staying here.

Annual Asheville Jaunt

Have stayed at this condo five or six times now. It’s quaint and serves our every need while in Asheville. Well located and is kind of quirky but we love it. We’re out on the town most of the time or exploring the countryside or enjoying the locals at the Foggy Mountain Brew Pub next door.

Well located and well appointed!

We had a great time visiting over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. We walked out the door and were within 5 minutes of all the main shops, restaurants, and attractions (drum circle park)! The loft itself was cool, had. Great space, and was very comfortable.

Great location and the feeling of a lovely loft

We were in Asheville for 4 days / 3 nights, and the rental was in a great downtown location with easy access to many walkable restaurants and an easy drive to activities not located downtown. I gave a 4 star rating as finding and accessing the entrance to the condo wasn’t easy, and street parking was difficult to find and the directions to the parking garage weren’t clear. Once we did find the garage it was very accessible, safe and reasonably priced.

Downtown Asheville

For downtown Asheville walkability, you cannot do better. This property is centrally located and we walked to bars, restaurants, minor league baseball, church, and festivals on Pack Square. Walking through the Foggy Mountain patio to access was no issue for us. Highly recommend this property!

Not the best stay

The good - the pictures were accurate and we were able to check in early. The loft was clean and well-appointed. Other reviews mentioned parking issues - but we were able to park at a metered spot on the street without much difficulty. The bad - The entrance to the loft is through a back alley. You will need to drag your luggage through a lively bar patio. The night we stayed - the bar closed at midnight - but the patio was still going strong at 2 a.m. We chose to put the adults in the bedroom facing the bar patio. The noise was louder than expected. A noise machine was provided in that bedroom for this reason. But what took us by surprise was the amount of noise that came through the wall from the adjacent apartments - especially in the 2nd bedroom where our 10 and 12-year-old stayed. You could hear every word of every conversation from the loft next door - yelling, laughing, singing, etc. The kids were exhausted and could not sleep until the neighbors went to bed - which on a Friday night was quite late. There was also a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the apartment during the night.

A good option for Asheville

We spent 2 night at this property. It is in a GREAT location in Asheville. In spite of its proximity to clubs/bars it was quiet and clean. The property itself has a well appointed kitchen and amenities. The back room doesn’t get any natural light; if you need a dark room in which to sleep that could be a great feature :-)

Cool city apartment

The place was spotless. Furniture, lighting and exposed brick, etc., were super cool. We enjoyed our stay very much and had fun next door at Foggy Mountain brew pub.

Incredible location

This beautiful unit was in a prime location for walking to all Asheville has to offer! It was perfect for two couples and we had privacy with each having a room and bathroom on opposites sides of the unit. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to experience the life of Asheville!
