Perfect experience!

The hosts were very attentive and left small personal touches that meant a lot. The location is perfect…very easy to get around to different parts of asheville with just a short drive…but yet the property has a very country secluded feel! The place is cozy and decorated so cute. The hot tub is brand new and one of the highlights of the place!! We highly recommend!

They can teach classes on being super hosts!

My husband said "Be sure to give this a good review!" So here it is. The property is just as fresh and clean as depicted by the photos. It says dog friendly and it really is. The open lot was great for exercising the dog, in both meanings of that phrase. The hosts are super safety conscious including cleanliness. It was immaculate. Kerrie's communication was superb and prompt. The amenities were more than we expected or needed. It felt like a fancy hotel with chocolates on the bedstand. Although this property is above the host's garage, it is very private. The location made it an easy 15 minutes to Biltmore. Groceries are just down the street. Close to restaurants. Very convenient. If we visit Asheville again, we know where we will stay.

Our week in Ashville was extra special because of this special place! Everything was just as nice as the pictures promised it would be and the extra touches that greeted us when we arrived made us feel very welcome and at home. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of hiking too! :)

Top Notch

My husband, dog and I spent 2 lovely nights at this property. The location is excellent, very close to downtown, and easy on and off of various highways including the Blue Ridge Parkway. The apartment is immaculate and decently stocked. The setting and views are the gem of this place! The deck and the main window in the unit have beautiful scenery to enjoy! This is definitely a place we will stay again!

The perfect spot for an Asheville visit

Wonderful getaway in Asheville

Had a great experience at this apartment! Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Lot of details that made us feel like we were home away from home. Deck and hot tub were a great way to relax and downtown Asheville was a quick 10-15 minute Uber ride. Highly recommend!

Great location and amenities

First extended weekend stay in Asheville and Christmas visit to Biltmore Estate. This was the perfect location and apartment for a home base for exploration of the area. Easy access to Blue Ridge Parkway and very short drive to Biltmore House, downtown, numerous breweries and restaurants. Owners go overboard in providing a first class experience for their guests with local guidance, easy check in and numerous personal touches. They earned their 5 star rating. Our first stay there, and we hope to return in the future.

Exceeded expectations!

Michael and Kerrie were wonderful hosts during our stay. We were actually on our honeymoon, spending part of our trip at their rental which was beyond perfect for the two of us. Not only did they welcome us with little goodies, but also provided endless recommendations on places to eat, visit, etc which was so helpful as we’ve never been to Asheville before. We also enjoyed not having to provide our own linens (especially during the pandemic) as we intended to travel light. We had full trust that all the linens and towels were properly cleaned before and after our stay. I will recommend this rental to any friends and family that travel this way. Thank you Michael and Kerrie!

The view was great!

My fiancé and I stayed for a week. Check in was super easy, the rooms were super clean and the decor was cute :) We loved the view of the mountains from the hot tub. The location was nice and very close to the BRP but far enough from the downtown lights and noise to be quiet and relaxing, you can literally see every star in the sky. Communication with our host was quick and very friendly. We appreciated our little surprises when we walked in! Felt completely alone and safe, wouldn't have known people were in the house at all! This week would have been our honeymoon if it weren't for covid. We needed a relaxing week during all of the craziness of 2020 and we are so glad we chose this unit! Relaxing, clean, quiet, isolated and close to nearby attractions. Also extremely close to Whistlehop brewery, highly recommended it!

Everything we wanted

This was great for the two of us on a long weekend. As soon as we walked up the stairs we started to see the amenities. Fire pit was nice on chilly evenings so was the hot tub. Our dogs loved all the yard space the could run around on. Inside it was clean well decorated and had a homelike feel to it. We spent 90% of our time exploring nature so coming back to a near home was great. We will return. 5 star hosts too!

Relaxing anniversary weekend

The apartment was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The view of the mountains was terrific and location of the property was great as well. We enjoyed the hot tub and star gazing on the deck. The owners Mike and Kerrie responded quickly to the few questions we had. The special extras they provided were very thoughtful. We would rent this space again. It was 5 star!

Clean, Cozy, & Conveniently Located Apartment

My husband and I had the privilege of staying in Michael and Kerri's apartment during our 10 day trip to Asheville. We were impressed by the kindness and attention to detail that Michael and Kerri showed, what fantastic hosts! The apartment was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. Our hosts left so many little extras that made us feel welcome. They were also great at communicating and checking in to see if we needed anything. Another thing we enjoyed was the location, being close to all that Asheville has to offer. We would definitely stay again should we ever be in the area and recommend Michael and Kerri's wonderful apartment should you be in the Asheville area.
