Graduation Stay Location

The Downtown Inn was the perfect place to stay overnight before my daughter’s graduation. Convenient location in Asheville and pet friendly. The full size beds were too small to be comfortable, but other than that we had everything we needed.

We stayed in mid January so the 3 star pool rating is meant as a neutral, non-rating with a form that requires a rating. The neighborhood doesn't look great but we felt fine being there & it is conveniently downtown. The facility itself is older but clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is fine, like most hotel/motel chains - although we appreciated it not being closed down so early as many places do.The price was good. This is a good value motel.

Great location

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. This is a great location for walking around downtown. There is a restaurant/bar called Jack of a Wood with live music right across the street.
