Ashville Stay

The interior of the house was nice and clean, the back deck was covered with green moss and mildew and was basically unuseable, the ac stopped working but Manuel was very responsive and had it fixed by that night, overall an ok stay but some general upkeep issues.

Great Christmas Getaway

We stayed with our adult children over Christmas. The house was tastefully decorated, and even had a tree!! The kitchen had all the necessities and many extras! We loved the fire pit outside and the comfy couch to watch movies! Thanks for having us!

Great Property

Very well located, near the city, and easy to get to other activities. The home was very clean and very well furnished. Only one minor complaint; the bedrooms seemed a bit warm at night, and would benefit from ceiling fans.

Perfect for group

We had a group of 8. The 4 bedrooms, three with kings were perfect. The house was clean and well kept. Instructions were clear and host was very responsive. Fire pit was a nice additional feature perfect for the cooler evenings.

Thanksgiving Retreat

Our extended family had a wonderful time exploring Asheville and celebrating the holiday. The house was clean and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the firepit and outdoor activities. Owner was very helpful and thoughtful. The location leaves a little to be desired.

Excellent Property and Customer Service

This property was perfect for our family for a few days in Asheville. The home was clean and well stocked - toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry detergent, linens, towels, etc. There was even firewood and fire sticks for roasting marshmallows. The property owner is friendly and accommodating. He quickly responded to any questions or concerns we had. An unexpected plumming issue arose during our stay and he had someone there within an hour to fix it. The location is within 15 minutes of downtown Asheville and there were recommendations for things to do and places to eat inside the home. Overall, we would recommend this VRBO and would stay here again if ever back in Asheville.

Fun Asheville Vacation Home

We had a great time at this house. We had 4 couples staying here and we enjoyed every minute. It was clean and well maintained. The house was well decorated and bright in the open plan common area. The fire pit in the back with comfy chairs was wonderful. We loved the grill and the back patio area as well.

Overall good stay

We enjoyed this house because the kitchen was great and the beds were really comfortable. The deck and fire pit were also tidy and very inviting, we spent a fair amount of time out there. The only suggestion I would make is lamps in the living room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. But the mirrors in each bedroom were also great, we didn’t have to crowd around the bathroom mirror to get dressed. Manuel is also very quick to respond.

Great family stay in Asheville

We really enjoyed this property for a family holiday trip. We had 6 adults and were very comfortable here. The home is very well stocked in the kitchen if you plan on cooking meals. The real icing on the cake was the lit Christmas tree and decorations when we walked in the door. It truly made our trip so special and felt like we were celebrating in our own living room. Thank you for that very special touch.

Perfect girls trip

4 older ladies on a reunion week. This house was perfect with 4 beautiful bedrooms and 3 bathrooms all on one floor. We had a blast and Manuel was extremely available and responsive. Highly recommend this property. Extremely clean and well appointed with everything we needed. One trip to the nearby grocery store and we were set for our 5 night stay. Day trips to Asheville were easy to get to so very fun. Less than 30 min to downtown.

Clean and Comfortable

Very clean, comfortable, and well equipped -- the kitchen had more supplies than most vrbo houses. While it wasn't the rustic cabin in the woods we usually rent, it was very comfortable and accommodated our family very well while in town for a wedding. We felt comfortable spending time sitting around the fire pit and enjoyed the bean bag toss game.

Great place to relax with friends!

Manuel was awesome! He responded so quickly to any questions I had! We had 3 couples in our 50's staying and had the best time! The house was cozy and clean ,the beds were comfy ,the fridge was big and clean! The fire pit was great! The surroundings were not what I thought but it worked out great for us! So close to Ashville. We did breweries one day and a winery the next. We will definitely be back! Thanks Manuel!

Great location and house perks

We came for the MLK weekend and had a great time. The location of this house is perfect, 20 minutes to downtown Asheville and 20-40 for Maggie Valley and the skii area. We were very pleased about the amenities in the house, including outstanding coffee and everything you need to bath, cook and even to make s’mores. You can tell this house has been curated to host. The communication with the owner was excellent . We had the opportunity to extend the check out time because we woke up with a ton of snow and wanted for the kids to enjoy. We also noticed the owner or perhaps someone who helps maintain the house, throwing salt for us as we were driving away that day.
