  • Bring the outdoors in with balcony amenities and beautiful vistas! This is a north-facing condo where you can enjoy mountain and city views. French doors from the living room and kitchen open to a large balcony that creates even more open space to relax and unwind. A fireplace in the living room adds warmth and ambiance, while the outdoor firepit and grill give you cooking and lounging options. Located on Biltmore Avenue in downtown, you are central to all that Asheville has to offer. Also, just a short drive to the Biltmore Estate or the Blue Ridge Parkway. One parking space is available and cars can be no larger than a Tahoe type vehicle.

Amazing place to stay! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. So much awesome food and fun stuff so close. Love Asheville!

Place was very clean and in a great location to walk to food downtown. There is some noise from the road but didn't really bother me at night. Great instructions for accessing the unit and would 100% stay again.

Great Condo-Excellent Location

Great option for exploring all Asheville has to offer. Nice modern building, in a super location. Really a wonderful place.

Was able to check in early. The place is immaculate! Comfortable beds, large balcony with plenty of seating and gas fire pit. Walkable to both downtown and brewery district. Very secure parking and entrance. Great communication from property manager. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Love the location. Close to the restaurants and shopping. The unit and building are clean and new. The outdoor space is amazing. Parking spot was great. Easy instructions from the property manager. Comfortable beds. Starter kits for provided all the little things you need for a weekend (plenty of tp, towels, soap, dish liquid etc). We used some nearby parking garages for the overflow cars (had 3 cars since it was a girls weekend) and had no problems. Will look for this place next time I am booking an Asheville stay!

Great location within 1-2 minutes walking to everything. The outdoor space with the double sliding doors allows for a great view of the autumn leaves.

Great location, great balcony

The condo is in a great location. We walked to many great restaurants, and an amazing food co-op is about a block away. The condo is comfortable and had everything we needed.

Pros: clean condo, comfortable, great location in the city, very comfortable beds, good communication from property mgmt company or owner, no issues at all getting in or out. All in all, great stay, and a 4 star location. Cons: somewhat loud by being on a busy street, cheap toilet paper and paper towels (recommend upgrading to Bounty and the likes of Charmin), I’d recommend bringing own paper products.
