My Favorite Location

I love staying here when in Asheville. It is so close to everything and the owner maintains it so well. The kitchen is stocked and the views from the living room and loft are amazing.

Asheville getaway

Had a wonderful trip to Asheville , the house we stayed in was perfect for what we needed . The views were beautiful the house was spotless and provided everything we needed for a nice relaxing getaway!

What a VIEW

Enjoyed ours stay. Host’s book with recommendations for activities and restaurants was helpful. Great location to explore in or out of Asheville. Treat was watching mama black bear and two small cubs meandering in clearing of back yard.

Great Asheville home

Long weekend getaway

I love staying at this property. It is always so clean and comfortable. Lindsay always checks in before arriving. She also checks in during my stay. The location is great as it is close to a lot of conveniences and downtown.

Quiet with great view

Wonderful experience. This property is on a quiet street but is close to everything. If you intend to visit the Blue Ridge parkway you are only minutes away. Clean and nice, I couldn’t recommend more.

Perfect get away

The property was very clean, very roomy and had everything we needed. The deck was very private and a great view. I even got to see a black bear in back yard which was so exciting. It was a relaxing weekend, close to everything. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

Amazing Asheville

This was THE PERFECT place for us. I needed a place to SEE the mountains. And this was it. The view was beautiful. Also, easy access to the city while also easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Very close to all conveniences while not being in a crowded neighborhood. Our stay was delightful from start to finish. The owner / managers were great.

Very clean and stocked with everything we needed.

The check-in process was very smooth and we had great communication with the owners throughout our stay. It was a quick downhill walk to the river, which was beautiful, but the uphill climb back to the house was a bit tough. Best part was watching a momma bear and her two cubs playing in the backyard! The location was very convenient to everything.

Perfect place for vacation

The duplex was very clean and the perfect blend of being in the woods and close to town. Good communication. Kitchen was well equipped. Bedrooms and loft were plenty for sleeping. The River walk is pretty. We would come back again!

The Best

This property was the best. The view is breathtaking. Everything was super clean. Lindsey is a wonderful host. She responded quickly to messages. There were so many little touches of convenience like travel brochures, bed side lamps with outlets, and even an iron. I loved sitting on the futon reading and gazing at the mountains. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything we needed!

We had a great experience at this property! It was so clean which is a huge thing for me being a professional cleaner myself. It was stocked with much more than we would even expect at a rental and it made us feel right at home on our first trip to NC. The location was amazing too! Tucked in but still so near to everything you’d want in Asheville. They had a plethora of suggestions for food and activities to keep us entertained on our stay as well and we used many of them! All in all a great experience and we hope to make it back again.

Wonderful view, great location!

What a great trip this turned out to be! It was our first time visiting Asheville, and would love to return, there is so much to see and do. I’m a nervous traveler so where we stay makes all the difference for me. This place did not disappoint! It was cute, VERY clean, and comfortable. The view was amazing and sitting by the river was very relaxing. Only complaint was the house is so comfortable you won’t want to leave! Thank you for a great stay!!!
