Absolutely beautiful cabin. Very clean and well maintained. Comfy bed. Hot tub is covered so rain won’t stop you from enjoying a soak and it has powerful jets that work well. Owner quick to respond. Even checked in with us to make sure we arrived with no problems. Love the fact that wood and fire starters are provided. We had no issues whatsoever and loved every minute of our stay. One of the best rentals so far!

House was perfect. Tucked away from everything but smack in the middle of everywhere you wanna visit. Super clean and had everything you need for a great stay. Would recommend that you bring you own fire stick to turn the downstairs tv into a smart tv. Tv upstairs is a smart tv. Hot tub and firepit were a perfect way to wind down at the end of everyday. Would highly recommend.

I cannot rave enough about our stay here. From the moment we walked through the door we felt at home. It was the first time my husband and I have gotten away in a long time and it was just perfect. Secluded enough to feel alone but close enough to other things. The hosts also had lots of great extras that a lot of VRBO’s do not, like a hotel, shampoo and conditioner, soaps, laundry products, and so on. We also absolutely loved the town of Hendersonville and ate dinner at Brandy’s on Main which was delicious.

This was the cleanest property I’ve ever stayed at. My friends and I had a wonderful 2 night stay! We loved everything about it, including the comfortable rooms, fireplace and hot tub. We would love to stay again in the future!

This is a beautifully built log home! We found it to be comfortable, clean, and close to Hendersonville and Ashville for lots of things to do - Ecusta Trail, Chimney Rock State Park, and Biltmore Estate, to name a few. We found a fun escape room and a bowling alley as well! Our North Caroline vacation was extremely enjoyable!

Quick trip to Biltmore

So i bought tickets for my wife, mother, and mother-in-law for Christmas to see Chihuly at The Biltmore and stumbled on this gem of a cabin. The pics were amazing, and the reviews were amazing so I got it. We pulled up, and yes, just as it looked. Walked in, and hmmm, no power?!?! No worries, the owner had reached out to let me know there was a fire to a power line, and it would be restored in a few hours. We put our stuff away and headed to Hendersonville for dinner (Shine...he recommended and it was great) and to get groceries for breakfast. Unfortunately the power was delayed and they let me know and gave me options. We decided to stay and wing it. They left plenty of firewood and Firestart so I built a great fire. Turns out we had a great firelit evening and conversation which was probably better than a night of TV. The house was super warm and homely. My mother couldn't quit talking about the interior design. We will absolutely return in the future when visiting Chimney Rock, Biltmore or Asheville areas. Thanks again for sharing your wonderful home, Chad

Weekend Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Moss Log Cabin, especially the fireplace and hot tub! The home was very clean, had lots of character and everything we needed for a weekend getaway. It was an easy drive to Hendersonville and local vineries. Would definitely come back again!

Fantastic home

We had a great stay. The house is very easy to get to, and is about 20 minutes from downtown. The home is well stocked with all kitchen utensils, plenty of linens/towels. The owners answered questions quickly and were very helpful. The hot tub is great, beds and all of the other furniture are very comfortable. Plenty of wood was provided for the firepit and the fireplace. Great stay!

We were truly fortunate to experience a stay in this exquisite log cabin. Tucked away beneath a lush, emerald-green canopy of trees, the environment provided a delightful sense of seclusion and privacy. Words cannot adequately express our admiration for this remarkable retreat. It combined the rustic charm of a traditional log cabin with all the modern conveniences of a newly constructed home. The cabin was impeccably clean and meticulously adorned with wrought iron accents, a stunning chandelier, and warm color tones that enhanced its captivating ambiance. We appreciated the abundance of fresh towels and the comprehensive kitchen amenities that facilitated the preparation of breakfast, lunch, and dinner. One of the highlights of our stay was the hot tub, charmingly situated beneath a pergola in the backyard. We enjoyed it each morning as the sun rose and again in the evening during a brief rain shower. The checkout process was straightforward, with laundry baskets conveniently placed to accommodate our used towels and sheets. The cabin's location was ideal, offering access to beautiful hiking trails and river tubing, as well as all the modern shopping conveniences for groceries. This enchanting venue was perfect for bringing our family together near Asheville, NC.

June Stay

Great property and great host that was very accommodating. The cabin is in a wonderful spot that’s located central to everything you would want to do. The kids loved the hot tub and chasing fireflies in the front yard. Will absolutely be back!
