Beautiful home in Asheville!

Our stay was just wonderful. The place is brand new and decorated so well. Plenty of room for our friend group of 3. The location was excellent between the Biltmore and downtown.

Loved our stay!

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed five days at this very clean, quiet, cozy, comfortable, well appointed and beautifully decorated house. We thought the mattresses that previous guests felt were too firm were actually comfortable. The shower tub combos are a bit tight and the shower curtain rods could be raised several inches to accommodate taller individuals. We had everything we needed, would definitely visit again and highly recommend!

A Lovely House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The online pictures were an accurate representation of the actual property. The house was well appointed with all of the essentials, (e.g. paper products, cleaning products, extra towels, laundry detergent, etc) as well as many of the "nice-to-have" items such a well-stocked revolving spice rack and a Nespresso machine with pods! The property management was very responsive when we had issues with the TV remote and the internet password. The only (small) issue was the extra firm mattresses, but we were prepared thanks to feedback from others. We would definitely stay at this location again!

Location to West Asheville and downtown was great. Very easy drive to downtown. House was very clean and had everything we needed. I appreciate a nice bed and these were very comfortable.

Great spot for a Bachelorette Party

The house was amazing for my friend's bachelorette party! All of the amenities, cleanliness, and thoughtfulness put into our stay really was the cherry on top. The location was not too far from downtown, but do be weary of the longer wait times for ubers/lyfts. Also, the address for the location has two different names on Google vs. Apple maps. Otherwise, the fire pit and twinkly lights were a hit, along with all the additional fun games. We also had struggled with wifi and the team was very responsive to helping us out. Would love to come back one day!

The property seem new - everything was clean, fresh, and bright. It really was just 10-15 minutes from downtown. We particularly enjoyed one evening by the firepit.

Spotless. You could eat off of floor. Cleanest vaca rental I’ve ever stayed in. Obviously decorated by someone who got a degree in interior design and textiles. Great location. Short drive downtown. We drove ourselves and used Uber. Both were no problem. We were in town for a concert at Rabbit Rsbbit and of course The Biltmore. Would love to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. It was clean and the kitchen was well appointed. The yummy popcorn was a bonus. We loved the porch and enjoyed the fire pit. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was good in the shower (Priorities of ours). We had a problem getting onto the WI-FI, the host responded quickly and fixed the problem immediately. A great place to stay

New, modern and comfortable

The location is quiet and close enough to the Biltmore Mansion and downtown. Appears brand new with beautiful decor and all you need for a comfortable stay. The couch is amazing- so cozy.

Beautiful house

First the positives. I would say I would give this house an eight out of 10. I would’ve given it a 10 if I never laid on the beds. Our only complaint is that the mattresses are hard as rocks. None of us slept well and we’ve all agreed that we couldn’t have slept there one more night. This house is so beautifully decorated and the amount of well appointed items in the house were outstanding. So the only thing that could’ve made this house better was a more comfortable sleep. I’ve never had this problem with any other stay and we rent often. I just thought I would mention that in case something could be done. So I would love to come back there and stay sometime but I don’t think we would if we can’t sleep. But please know we thought the house was amazing and beautiful. And the porch is magnificent with the fire pit. So we’re only mentioning the beds for future guests.

...is the new road name this house is on. GPS still calls it Dry Gap Mountain Rd. This house is no where near Biltmore Village. It's at least 20 - 30 mins from downtown and not within walking distance of anything. That said, we felt very safe in the neighborhood. The house is gorgeous and very clean! Well supplied kitchen and comfortable beds made it great! We had a blast and enjoyed our time in this house very much! It was a great reunion/girls' weekend!

Terrific Property

Very clean, comfortable, centrally-located house. It is close to tourist sites, shopping, and dining. Plenty of parking, quiet, safe neighborhood, and good directions. The house is beautifully furnished and includes all amenities conducive to a relaxing stay. We will keep an eye out for other Avant Stay properties when we travel. We highly recommend this property.
