It was a great location as far as getting to places. I do want to mention the bus stop across the street. It didn’t bother us at all but some people it might. We saw about 7 or 8 homeless people but again that does not bother me. Super clean and well stocked.

Great location

Stayed with 7 adults. 2 did sleep on the couch pull out Queen bed. Great location with walking distance to everything. Really enjoyed our stay in Asheville. Secure building with parking and a nice condo unit. Communication was great, very quick responses from the host.

We loved the white noise machines in the bedrooms. There were plenty of towels. Kitchen was stocked very well. Close to downtown. Bus station right across the street which I used.

The location is good walking distance to downtown, it’s across the road from bus station, a lot of homeless roam. The fire alarm went off one night and we had to evacuate. Two fire engines showed up. Someone on 5th floor burnt his popcorn. It’s laughable but my granddaughter is still having nightmares. One resident said it happens regularly because of short term rental people. The condo is spotless, super clean. It’s 4 codes to remember!! Garage, elevator, lobby, door to condo and garbage, oh 5! Lots of late at night and early morning street noise.

Wonderful Weekend

We came to Asheville to celebrate my spouse's 60th birthday. We stayed at this lovely property with friends and found the location to be perfect. We were within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Would recommend staying here!

Great Place and Location

I visit my son in Asheville often, and found this rental abode to be a great choice. Being walkable to downtown and the South Slope is a big plus for visiting in many ways, with very easy car access and great security with the garage parking spot. The unit was immaculate - very comfortably furnished, stylish, all appliances etc needed, and with nice views and balcony with gas grill…just wish I had a longer stay to use more of it! Need to be well prepared for the 4 codes when you arrive - suggest pitting them in a notes app for quick reference, and noting the stitches of symbols and locations. After the first entry, had it down easily, and it was nice not having to worry about any keys or fob to keep up with.

Mixed feelings about property

We stayed here for a family vacation during winter break. Overall the property was clean and nice, just had a few things we didn’t love about it. We found the couch to be extremely uncomfortable, which made it hard for everyone to hang out in the family room together. The other big issue was the bedding. It was thin and in my opinion gross. Those were my 2 big issues regarding the condo. We did really like that the parking was very safe and secure. Also, the garbage disposal was broke and the management company was very responsive and had someone out within hours. That was great.

Great location, mostly

The condo is perfect. It is new and well decorated. The beds and furniture were comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it looked like alll the needed items were there. The location in the downtown is great. You can easily walk to all the downtown attractions, shopping and restaurants. The one down side is the location to the bus station which is directly across the street. There are a lot of homelss that congregate in front of the building over night and in the evenings so many nights we heard arguments between them. We would have to walk around some when heading downtown. We never felt unsafe but definitely made us more aware of the surroundings. Once in the building we felt very safe. This would not make us not stay here again but one should be awaware prior to booking. bThe onl is the

Great place for siblings vacation

Great location, beautiful condo

My family and I stayed here for a 4-day visit to Asheville. Having the attached parking deck was wonderful! Easy walk to restaurants and shops. My daughters loved that there was an extra loft bed in one of the bedrooms, so they both had their own bed. Very clean with a nice kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Asheville condo!

The condo is clean, new, and has everything you need. The beds are comfortable and plenty of space for a small family or even friends to spread out and relax. The location is off the main drag but just steps from all the restaurants and fun of downtown Asheville. Definitely recommend!
