Very nice house, great location and very easy to get everywhere around town. The pictures don’t depict it great, but two half way bust roads very close on either side of house, so there is some noise. House has vinyl flooring throughout, so had an “echo”. We really enjoyed it and would stay again.

Girls Trip

We had the best time at Avondale in Asheville! The house was perfect for our girls' trip, celebrating our 50th birthdays. The house is very close to downtown, and all the amenities were great. The hot tub was a favorite!

Very close to everything. The place was very clean and well kept. The place is very nice and modern. Only recommendation I would have is to include some spices, cooking oil etc. Great stay!

Family Spring Break

Had a great stay. Great spot in relation to all the activities. Minutes from downtown. Don’t even need an alarm clock with a wonderful rooster right across the street to get your day going! Great location. Hot tub was a great perk at the end of the days. Great firepit area. Would stay here again if we make our way back to Asheville.

Perfect family getaway

We loved our stay in Asheville. This home is comfortable for our family of 6 perfectly. We enjoyed the hot tub nightly, dinners around the dining room table, games in the living room and easy access to all the city has to offer. Great location. Lovely home.

Fall Weekend in Asheville

We drove to Asheville to see the fall colors and the Biltmore Estate. The house was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. It's a good location and a comfortable house. Recommended.

Clean newer house

Loved the hot tub, fire pit and well stocked kitchen. Beautiful bathrooms. The only small suggestion: we could have used a few more bath & kitchen towels for 4 adults. Definitely would stay here again & hope to do so!

Best Experience Ever!!

I was staying with 2 girlfriends for a girl's week in Ashville. We actually thought there must be something wrong with this house, because it wasn't already rented a month previous to our stay. The home looked brand new, clean and very comfortable. The pictures were spot on. The house even had the new house smell when we opened the door. Everything was spotless and the decor was beautiful. All three bedrooms were perfect as we had three girls, so one bedroom for each of us. We especially liked the 1/2-bathroom downstairs to utilize when we were taking advantage of the hot tub and firepit. On our way to the house, we stopped for extra supplies which was totally unnecessary. The property came equipped with plenty of everything for a 5 day stay. The house was close enough to all the amenities such as: downtown Ashville, the Biltmore house, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Chimney Rock and Pisgah Mountain. We spent our days sightseeing and in the evenings, we usually made dinner and enjoyed the hot tub and firepit. All the wood we needed was included. We couldn't have asked for a nicer house. This place is absolutely perfect and we'll definitely be back. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.
