Anniversary Fun

All I can say is “Unbelievable”. Literally everything was perfect. We enjoyed having the two ways to enter. One on Lexington and one on Chicken Alley. I will definitely tell our friends and we will definitely be back as well. We never drove anywhere. Everything is in an easy walking distance. And whoever decorated these units were spot on. Gorgeous!

3 Night Stay for concerts at Asville Arena

Perfect location in Old Town area of downtown Ashville. Easy walk or short Lyft to everything you would want to do. Apartment was very clean and just like the photos show. Supplied with just about everything you would need or may have forgotten. Would definitelystay here again.

Great Location!

Location was great and the style of the apartment was everything we wanted. Surprisingly quiet considering its downtown location as well. The one item I would say that needed more clarification was the width of the parking spot assigned to the apartment. This is not the owner’s issue but would have been nice to know that the spot was on the smaller side. I drive a larger truck and had a hard time fitting in the assigned parking spot. Would have just drove my wife’s car instead. Again not a big deal but worth noting if you have a larger vehicle.

Awesome Rental!

My husband and I stayed here for four nights for a concert at the Civic Center. The space was super clean and had everything and then some that we needed during our stay. Prime location and easy walk to the Civic Center and local restaurants and bars. We will definitely stay here again for our next Asheville trip.

Quick get away

Everything was great. We extended our stay but unfortunately had to pay another cleaning fee. I didn’t have a way to contact the owner my phone or email to get a more prompt response. Other than that, it was a great time!

Clean modern rental

The rental is clean, modern and very comfortable. We loved the cleanliness, decor and location but didn’t appreciate the tone of rental manager or tight parking spaces a couple blocks away. Our vehicle was damaged in lot due to very tight parking. Since we paid over $500 night and had issues, we will not rent there again.

This property had everything we didn’t know we needed! In addition to the great location and other amenities listed, the host anticipated even the smallest needs of the renter. The host provided coffee and creamer, makeup wipes, a sound machine and other small details that made the weekend rental feel like home!

Great Stay

Everything was great. Walking distance to most areas and driving to places wasn't that far. Really enjoyed staying right in Downtown Ashville. Everything was just as we needed. I would highly recommend this location.
