Asheville adventure

Great place, adequate space for two adults and two pups, with room for one or two more. Spacious yard was perfect, and we enjoyed the porch. The drive to and fro wasn't bad at all, even enjoyable in many parts. Accessibility to adventures was easy, but that could be said about the whole area😍I would book with this host again for sure.

Wonderful

We greatly enjoyed our stay. You are far enough from the city for peace and quite, but close enough to be downtown in about 10 mins. The liitle yellow cottage was perfect for us and our two fur babies. The VRBO host was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Definitely a great place to stay!

Adorable cottage

Great cottage for my partner and me as well as our two dogs. It is a great size and very comfortable. The bathroom was nicely remodeled. Cute outdoor space. Communication was great with the owner.

Awesome Property!

This place was amazing, perfect location, very well kept, super clean, really everything that you can ask for in a short term rental! Kris was awesome and very helpful, was easy to communicate with and as accommodating as they come!! Will definitely be back here

Very Enjoyable Experience

We enjoyed our quiet stay in the Little Yellow Cottage. It had all the amenities and furnishings needed and more. It is located just outside of Asheville and is also close enough to access the city within a short drive. The host has lots of local knowledge that is in a well written Welcome Book. It will guide you to restaurants, natural wonders, and activities to experience during your stay. The host is very responsive and made us feel welcome, highly recommended!

Great stay!

The little yellow cottage was perfect for our stay in Asheville. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a few quick meals, the living room was great for relaxing and watching tv, and the bed was very comfortable. We had our dog with us, so we appreciated the nice size of the yard. It's not fully fenced in, but large enough to walk around with a dog on a leash. The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood but is a quick drive to everything the city offers. We also went to Black Mountain, which was only about a 25-minute drive. The owner was very communicative and left us a sweet sign and goodies for our arrival! We'll definitely be staying here again!

Cozy and Cute

The cottage was perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway. Great yard for the pups and only 15 minutes from downtown Asheville. Kristen made us feel welcome and provided a ton of helpful information about the area.

R & R in Asheville

We had a wonderful stay at the yellow cottage with our pup Scout. We were welcomed by a handwritten chalkboard note, a bottle of Biltmore wine and doggie treats. The cottage was quiet, very clean and the perfect size for the three of us! We especially loved having cocktails on the back porch and made s’mores over the fire pit. Communication was great with Kris, which is a plus in my book!!

Perfect Little Retreat

The LYC was perfect for my sister’s wedding weekend! It was minutes away from the venue, tucked into the mountain but still very accessible. I felt at-home as soon as I walked through the door. It was the perfect place to lay my head each night after each day’s wedding activities. The cottage was very cozy, and also stocked with little odds & ends that came in handy. I was there for almost a week, and truly wish I’d had more time there. If I’m ever in Asheville again, I will absolutely be checking to see if it’s available!!

Cute and Comfortable

A wonderful little house where you will be made to feel very welcome! Outside of town enough to be very quiet but really a short drive to either the city or the surrounding countryside. Extremely clean and well decorated, the owners have provided everything you could possibly need. I highly recommend choosing this house if available!

Labor Day weekend Asheville

Such a cute little place! The Biltmore wine and welcome message was a very kind gesture as well :) Everything was as described, very clean and well appointed. Check-in was super easy and Kris was a very responsive and helpful host! The neighborhood was quiet and easy to navigate through. Location is perfect...away from the hustle and bustle of downtown just enough, and yet only a ten minute drive to get there when the mood strikes. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area :) Thank you!

9 days of relaxation

Comfortable and exciting. A storm knocked out the power for 256 residents in our area and our hosts had flashlights ready along with detailed reports concerning the repairs. We like the house at 65 degrees at night and it held its own throughout the outage. I must tell you that the place was impeccably decorated and immaculate. We grilled out and made salmon one night for our kids and family who live right across the river. We were glad to find a place that was comfortable and so very convenient to everything. Never mind that we couldn’t ask for better more supportive hosts.

Kristen went above and beyond!!! The cottage is simply charming and spotless. And Kristen was a concierge of information—a welcome wagon. Loved our stay!!! Even our dog felt welcomed with dog beds and biscuits!

Little Yellow Cottage

We stayed at this cottage for several weeks (while our house finished being built) - the cottage was clean and welcoming and it had everything we needed. The porch/fire pit area was a great spot to hang out with our pup! If we had any questions, the owners always responded very quickly. Thanks for everything!

Amazing Stay In Beautiful Yellow Cottage

The Little Yellow Cottage was AWESOME!

The Little Yellow Cottage was a great place to stay for me and my family. It was a cute little cottage that had everything we needed to have a wonderful Thanksgiving. We loved the fire pit and the location was a short drive to downtown Asheville. Kris and Tom really made us feel at home and were available to any questions. The bedrooms were comfortable and roomy and we really enjoyed the size of the huge shower. The fully equipped kitchen was just the right size for all of our eating prep needs. We really loved our stay at the Little Yellow Cottage and can't wait to get back sometime next summer. Kudo's to Kris and Tom for an awesome stay!

Love the little yellow cottage .

The cottage was a nice place . The beds were Comfy if you are cold just jump in one of those beds to snuggle up nice warm blankets and you will be warmed up in no time. The fire pit was nice on our cool night to watch all cozy and warm. This little cottage has all the cook ware you needed . We had a wonderful Sunday dinner there. Our family truely enjoyed our stay
