The apartment was overall very nice and clean and was in an excellent location that made it easy to walk to breweries and restaurants downtown. The bed was comfortable and the building was quiet.
We really enjoyed our stay, but there were a few drawbacks. One is that the kitchen supplies were VERY limited. Although there were pots and pans, there were no measuring cups, spoons or mixing bowls to help with cooking, and there was only one cutting board. The other major drawback was that when it rained, the exterior keypad that allowed you to access the building stopped working entirely, so we couldn't get in the building on multiple occasions. The buttons wouldn't press, the codes wouldn't work and some of the buttons straight-up fell off. Thankfully there were people inside who saw us trying to get in and let us in, but otherwise we would not have been able to get inside at all!
I will say that the property management company responded VERY quickly to our messages, which was much appreciated. Unfortunately, the alternate key code they gave us wasn't much help when the keypad mechanically would not function.
If the exterior building access was fixed and they added a few more cooking supplies, this would be a 10 out of 10 property.
