A beautiful 80-square-meter apartment in a charming farmhouse located in the picturesque Crete Senesi. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people and is the ideal choice for a relaxing stay.

The accommodations are located in Asciano, an excellent base for exploring the beautiful rural landscape that characterizes the southern part of Chianti.

The accommodation features a bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a spacious garden.

The 80-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor (access via stairs). Please exercise extra caution if traveling with children.



The interior layout is as follows:

- BEDROOM 1 with a double bed, closet, TV, and bathroom (1);

- BEDROOM 2 with a single bed;

- LIVING ROOM with a sofa, table with chairs, and access to the terrace;

- KITCHENETTE with gas stovetop, refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, electric kettle, oven, and microwave, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses;

- BATHROOM 1 with shower, bidet, and toilet;

- BATHROOM 2 with shower, bidet, and toilet;

- TERRACE with a small table and chairs.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, heating, hair dryer, fan, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

One covered parking space is available, suitable for SUVs as well.

The road leading to the apartment is unpaved; please drive carefully.

Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the city tax of 1.00 Euro per person per night to the municipality of Asciano.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is permitted and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Siena Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.



For check-ins between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM, a surcharge of EUR 20.00 will apply, payable in cash upon arrival.

After 11:00 PM, ONLY self-check-in will be available. Further information will be provided after booking.

The best way to visit Asciano and the surrounding area is by car.

The property is located in Asciano, an ancient village nestled in the vast Crete Senesi, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. The village is a treasure trove of art and history, with its monuments and two highly acclaimed museums: the Palazzo Corboli Museum and the Cassioli Museum. The former houses, across its three exhibition floors, a rich collection of works organized into two sections: Sacred Art and Archaeology. The Cassioli Museum, on the other hand, is dedicated to 19th-century Sienese painting, and inside, visitors can experience the magical atmosphere of the Academy of Art and the studios of the era’s leading artists.
