"No sirvió el aire acondicionado en toda mi estadía. El hotel no tiene playa, miente en las fotos, la alberca que se ve pegada al mar, es un beach club ajeno con el que el hotel tiene convenio y cobran €50 por persona. La ‘playa privada’ del beach club, es horrible y llena"

But the most disgusting thing was the attitude of the staff reacting to our complaint as "what is the big deal". We were reassigned to other room after inspecting ourselves several others, same result - beds were plagued with bed bugs. The property is laid out in a nice area, however, it is not well maintain - clearly visible. It is a shame that so scenic...

"The suite and the service were excellent. the guy from the appartments is very friendly and nice, his name is Sari. He also gave us helpful tips and told us about beaches, villages, restaurants and other locations we should visit. All in all excellent facilities and service! The pool with the waterfall and hidromassage was a big plus! thx again"

"Logement agréable, fonctionnel,bien situé."

"This property is quite run down. It needs a good facelift. Pieces of the outdoor roof were missing. Walls were directly. Trash can in bathroom rusty. Toilet seat cheap, plastic and broken. Not much in terms of amenities. Coffee yes but no sugar. No toaster or kettle. Barely enough pillows. 1 towel per person. No clothespins for the drying rack. Overall quite rough around the edges - could be cleaned up and better set up for the price."
