    On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living and dining room that leads out to one of the 2 covered terraces. A large, well-equipped kitchen is also located on this level. The ground floor further includes 1 double bedroom without a window, as well as a shower room complete with bidet and WC. On the upper floor, the layout continues with 1 double bedroom that also benefits from direct access to a terrace, and 1 additional double bedroom fitted with a double sofabed, which opens onto the garden. A second shower room with bidet and WC serves the upper floor. It is important to note that when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.
