  • Very large swimming pool with sea water. Small pool for children.
    The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June to the end of September.The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June to the end of September.Shared parking.
    Charming flat furnished in typical Sardinia style, with special care for details. Situated inside a residence on wonderful Smeralda coast, it enjoys a central position not too close to the swimming pool, so that you do not hear annoying noises.
    Its nice balcony offers a wonderful view over gulf of Arzachena and Archipelago of Maddalena:
    On one side of the little bay, where the residence is located, there is a little harbour where you can shelter your craft.
    The residence is about 6 Km far from Porto Cervo, renowned town on the coast, so it’s possible in a few minutes, to visit all the most beautiful white sand beaches of the Costa Smeralda . In case one day you do not want to use the car, you can take advantage of the pretty beach, with both sand and rocks, in front of the residence, or of the sea water swimming pool .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this great apartment - the view is fabulous.It is approx 1.5 miles into Baja Sardinia for the shops, bars, restaurants and great beach - sometimes we walked, sometimes we drove. Great base to explore the area, you def need a car.

We had an amazing stay. The owner of the property Massimo was in regular contact with us before and during our stay making sure all was in order. Mrs Milena the hostess on the property was so helpful and friendly that we felt very cared for. The apartment complex is in an great location with a huge clean swimming pool. Every major tourist town and beach is within a 25km radius.The apartment was clean and spacious with an amazing view. We can highly recommend. Richard & Ingrid

This condo looks exactly like the pictures. We stayed for a week. I cooked and we got groceries three minutes away. Very peaceful and quiet in mid-October. Could be very busy in the summer!

Very good holiday

The apartment is situated in a very nice complex and is furnished with love and detail. The view from the balcony is amazing. The host is eager to make your stay pleasant. Even early check in and late check out was possible, which made things a lot easier for us. He was also very quick in response.

Perfect place to stay in Sardegna!!!

Massimo's apartment is perfect for a family. It is very well equipped. We had breakfast and dinner every day with the incredible view that the apartment has. Milena, the person who welcomed us, was attentive at all times; we will always remember her. Even our neighbors made us feel very comfortable. Moreover, it is perfectly located, close to the best beaches of Costa Smeralda. We definitely recommend it!!!

Beautiful apartment with gorgeous views

Lovely apartment, great location, everything you’d need, comfortable beds and that view from outside terrace is just wow! There is a beautiful breeze throughout the apartment if you open the doors through and most welcome in the heat. Great communication and information from Massimo and we were met by the lovely Melina to check in and she was very helpful and great with advice for our stay. The pool is a lovely bonus at the end of a warm day and is spotlessly clean. One thing to mention that we hadn’t prepared for is you need a swim cap to enter the pool so make sure you have one or we picked some up in local souvenir shop for €2 each. I’d recommend and stay here again.

My stay at Massimo's house in Costa Esmeralda was truly unforgettable. The location of the house is perfect, nestled in a beautiful and serene part of Sardinia with stunning views of the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea. The house itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, and the outdoor terrace was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while taking in the breathtaking views. Massimo was a fantastic host, providing us with great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. He was always available to answer any questions we had and made sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. I would highly recommend Massimo's house to anyone looking for a tranquil and luxurious getaway in Costa Esmeralda. I can't wait to return!

Mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Appartment mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick aufs Meer.

Milena, die Vorort zuständig ist, war über whatsapp und persönlich, bei Fragen, gut erreichbar. Massimo( Eigner) und Milena hatten auch gute Informationen zu Stränden, Restaurants etc. danke nochmals. Das Appartement, es liegt im ersten Stock, ist über Treppen, von der Aussenanlage aus erreichbar, ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Es ist eingebettet in eine ganze Ferienanlage. Wir waren im Oktober, da war es angenehm ruhig, wie es im Sommer ist kann ich nicht sagen. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, wenn man die Gegend erkunden will. Wir haben uns hier wohl gefühlt, trotz der kleinen Misere mit dem heizen des Wassers am letzten Abend, wir wussten uns zu helfen😉😊

Great base for visiting the emerald coast

The apartment was perfect for visiting the emerald coast and only a short drive to some beautiful beaches. The apartment had everything in you could need and had an amazing view over the harbour. The swimming pool was not in use, it was completely empty and it didn't look like it had been used for a long time or would be opening anytime soon! It was a shame as this was one of the reasons we booked this apartment but we didn't let it ruin our holiday.

Traumhafter Urlaub in traumhafter Umgebung

Die Wohnung ist extrem gepflegt, in absolut passenden mediteranen Stil eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist herausragend, alles da was benötigt wird und noch mehr. Backofen und Geschirrspülmaschine, 4 Flammen-Gasherd und Kaffeemaschine, Besteck und Gläser, Geschirr uns Kochaccesoires in ausreichender Menge. Einziger "Makel" ist das aktuell noch fehlende W-LAN. Doch sowohl die Wohnung, als auch gerade die absolut unschlagbare Aussicht vom Balkon lassen dies sofort vergessen. Die Anlage insgesamt ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool ist angenehm und sauber (Achtung: Salzwasserpool). Einzig die sanitären Anlagen am Pool lasssen etwas zu wünschen übrig. Das Personal vor Ort ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfreich. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die Trageverpflichtung von Badekappen. Ansonsten muss man die Insel, die Strände, die Umgebung, die Anlage und vor allem die Wohnung einfach lieben. Wir haben bisher noch keinen solch schönen Urlaub erlebt. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommen und rührend um das Wohl der MIeter besorgt. Wir sind komplett begeistert.

Un posto speciale

Come da titolo, questo delizioso appartamento, si trova in un posto speciale. La casa ha tutte le comodità e attrezzature necessarie per una bella vacanza. La cucina ha tutti gli accessori per poter tranquillamente cucinare qualsiasi cosa. Nonostante fosse la settimana più calda dell'estate abbiamo goduto di una temperatura ottimale grazie ad una ventilazione costante che ha fatto passare delle piacevoli serate e nottate. Noi eravamo con 3 bambini ed è stata una sistemazione ideale anche perché nel giardino sottostante la sera si ritrovavano tutti i bambini degli altri appartamenti e potevano così giocare e divertirsi. La piccola e graziosa spiaggetta frequentata da pochissime persone (anche nella settimana di ferragosto) a 2 pochi passi dalla struttura è stata una bella valvola di sfogo pomeridiano dalle spiagge affollatissima del periodo così come la bella piscina presente nella struttura. Che dire CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!! Molto attenti anche i proprietari che ci chiamavano spesso per sapere se andavata tutto bene e se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa.

We spend 8 great days in Izabelle and Massimo's apartment. Everything was like they said. Very clean and nicely design in Sardinian style. In the kitchen all the appliances you will need. Gorgeous sea view. Short distance to the best beaches in Costa Smeralda and Palau when you can rent a boat to La Maddalena. Highly recommended.

Pretty good!

I rented the apartment of Massimo & Isabella this summer (August 2019) for my two children and myself. It was really easy to communicate with Massimo and everything went well! We were very well received by Mrs Maria and the apartment was really clean. The sea view from the balcony is perfect and we had really good time in this apartment. I warmly recommend it, it's perfect for 3-4 persons.

meravigliosa vacanza

Ho trascorso un settimana con la mia famiglia in questo curato e confortevole appartamento molto pulito e in un'ottima posizione. tutto corrisponde alle foto dell'annuncio . meravigliosa vista dalla terrazza dove tutti i giorni facevamo colazioni e cene godendo di un panorama fantastico. gentilissima la signora Maria che ci ha accolti al check in e ben presenti ,anche se solo attraverso whatsapp in quanto distanti , i proprietari Massimo e Isabella che ci hanno indicato un ristorante molto buono li in zona. Bellissima anche la grande piscina del residence . Se dovessimo tornare in Sardegna questo apoartamento sarà il nostro punto di riferimento. grazie ancora. Deborah e famiglia

Appartamento curato e posizione strategica

L'appartamento è molto carino e curato e soprattutto la posizione è ideale per raggiungere spiagge e vita notturna. Molto gentili e disponibili al momento del check-in e durante il soggiorno!

A fortnights holiday on the Costa Smeralda

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment in Residence Cala Bitta. The house is light, airy (despite the hot July temperatures) and spacious, and well suited to a family of four (we stayed for two weeks in July with our daughters 3 and 5 from the UK. ) The apartment is tastefully decorated, well kitted out and the kitchen supplied with the equipment to cook and enjoy a good meal. Being on the first floor, the apartment enjoys the most fabulous views across the bay and we enjoyed immensely watching the boats going in and out of the cove and the sunsets from the balcony while enjoying a decent glass of Sardinian wine. The saltwater pool is large and very nice - there were always sun beds available whatever time of day we went for a swim and there was shady areas to avoid the midday sun. There was a lifeguard/ pool attendant. The apartment is well located being within a 5 minute walk to the sandy beach and snack bar and you also have the option of walking a further 5 minutes round to a second quieter sandy beach that shelves gently. Both beaches are great for swimming and sunbathing. With a car, the nearest supermarket is only 5 minutes away and the lovely village resort of Baia Sardinia and it’s beach and restaurants and bars only a further 5 minutes. Other key locations on the Emerald Coast such as Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo are only a short drive away and there are many beautiful beaches nearby - we visited a different one pretty much every day! There are some interesting nuraghic archaeological sites nearby in Arzachena. Olbia airport is a short 30 minute drive. Isabella and Massimo were very welcoming hosts of their holiday home. Before our arrival they ensured all arrangements were in place for us to meet their cleaner who showed us around the apartment and provided information, and during our stay they touched base to ensure everything was going well and to offer recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Their recommendation of the nearby Oasi restaurant was great - it’s in the middle of nowhere so we wouldn’t have known to go, but the food was excellent and the prices really reasonable. We would highly recommend a stay in Isabella and Massimo’s apartment.
