The property boasts a spacious terrace with a covered veranda and a private garden that leads directly to the solarium area and the shared swimming pool, offering breathtaking views over the sea of one of Sardinia’s most iconic and beloved harbors.

Inside, Casa Mariselle features elegant cross-vaulted ceilings and a typically Mediterranean design.

The living areas are spacious and bright, perfectly harmonizing with the colors of the surrounding nature. The sail vaults alternate with exposed wooden beams that make up the ceiling. From the very first glance, the atmosphere and furnishings convey an intimate, relaxed, and welcoming ambiance, where the tradition of Sardinian architecture meets the comfort that every modern home should provide.

The house is fully air-conditioned, and the kitchen, crafted in elegant solid wood, is equipped with four induction hobs, a dishwasher, a traditional oven, a microwave, and everything needed to turn every meal into a daily pleasure.

Large windows surrounding the living room flood the space with light and provide easy access to the covered verandas belonging to the house, furnished with tables and chairs to enjoy unforgettable moments of sharing and relaxation while admiring the stunning sunsets of the Costa Smeralda.

The areas connecting the living zone to the sleeping quarters are decorated with floral motifs adorning the walls and niches throughout the house.

The sleeping area comprises four bedrooms: two double bedrooms, both with independent exterior access and private en-suite bathrooms; one twin bedroom with two single beds, also with an en-suite bathroom; and one single bedroom.

The house also includes an additional guest bathroom, private parking, and a shared outdoor area with sun loungers available to resident guests.

For arrivals after midnight, the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff and an additional fee of up to €150 will apply.

Note: in case of cancellation within the refund terms, €25 for administration fees and any transfer costs will be retained.
