This property was perfect for a five women getaway. There are three ensuite bedrooms, with two bedrooms sharing an ensuite bathroom. There is an extra full bath on the first floor plus a powder room next to the MBR. We struggled with a sliding door in the living space, but it sounds like it's going to be fixed. Overall, it worked for our needs.

The house was perfect for a group of 6 guys out on a long golf weekend. The house was spacious, clean and very well appointed. It was easy for us to get comfortable and enjoy our time. The house was located a few miles out of town, which is preferred for us. Driving to the market or restaurants was pretty easy and there were many options a short drive away. Our host was extremely responsive to questions and we would absolutely come back again.

We had an amazing stay at the Heritage Estate in Arroyo Grande! The home is absolutely beautiful — very spacious inside and out, with a gorgeous yard and relaxing back porch that was perfect for our family gathering. It comfortably accommodated our whole group for my son’s 18th birthday weekend. The house had everything we needed, including two pool tables and two refrigerators, which made hosting so much easier. It was also a very short drive to ride the ATVs we rented on Sunday, which made the weekend even more fun and convenient. The only suggestion we would make is adding TVs to the additional bedrooms, as there are currently only two in the home (family room and master bedroom). Other than that, everything was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back!

Christmas 2024 - Breathtaking and Beautiful Property

This property with 5 bedrooms and 6 baths was perfect for our family (there were 10 of us this year plus 2 dogs)! We go away each Christmas to a VRBO home and this one did not disappoint. While the furnishings are a bit dated, the home and grounds are beautiful! The kitchen and bathroom were clean and clean matters to us!

Family Getaway

House was in a great secluded spot for a family getaway. The grounds of the property were amazing. Plenty of outdoor space for the kids to play outdoors and people to explore the neigborhood. House is well designed with common spaces and large bedrooms. Wineries, Avila Farm and the beach were close and great excursions. Would definitely recommend

Huge house with Beautiful grounds

We had a great stay for a weekend family reunion with four families, a total of six adults and seven kids ranging from 7 to 17 staying in the house and two more adults in an RV in the driveway. The bedrooms are all huge so there is plenty of space for people to spread out and to put use the air mattresses when needed. The grounds are amazingly green and lush and there are birds everywhere.

Great Family Location

The property is the perfect size for our family. This is the 3rd year in a row we have vacationed here with our kids and grandkids. The only drawback was that the Master Bedroom TV did not work, which left only 1 TV for 10 different tastes.
