A great stay

Came from Central Valley to celebrate our daughters baby shower in Grover Beach. This property was perfect for our needs and we really enjoyed our short stay. Natalie the owner was a pleasure to work with :)

Christmas Visit with Family

Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. We came to Arroyo Grande to visit our family members who live close by. The view from the deck of the ocean in the distance was lovely. We intended to host our son and daughter-in-law for dinner and were disappointed that there were only four dining room chairs despite the photo online showing six. The kitchen needs a few more basic items for food preparation which we recommended to our host who found the suggestions helpful. For older guests, the two terra cotta steps to the front door could benefit from a railing. Despite these minor issues, we will return for future visits as the house suited our needs. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Not for me

House is beautiful , kitchen needs updated, we are in our sixties and having to get on floor to use microwave was Ridiculous, we couldn’t sit on deck as it provided no shade and the big ocean views were non existent. Great location if you don’t care to see the ocean.

Quiet well-equipped home

We stayed for 35 days while escaping the Phoenix summer heat. This was the best of the more than 15 VRBO's we've stayed in over the past few years. Quiet neighborhood; well-equipped kitchen; comfortable beds; clean updated bathrooms... Great view out the back of the house is above the roofline of the adjacent houses gives an excellent view towards the ocean to watch the marine layer come in and out. All in all a great place!

Great location and house for families

We enjoyed staying here on our way to Legoland, the house was clean and well furnished. Our two kids enjoyed the deck and adjoining rooms. More toys and board games for little kids would be welcome addition

Probably the nicest furnished VRBO we have visited. Comfortable beds and great linens/towels. The kitchen looks a little over used and it is not greatly stocked. But, the entire home was very clean!!

This beautiful home was perfect for our family. The home was clean and well decorated. Loved the views of the ocean and sand dunes. The owner was easy to speak with and get a hold of, communication was easy. I will defiantly stay again!

Comfortable stay

The house was perfect for us. Easy to find, comfortable furniture and beds and bathroom/shower was very spacious and convenient with 2 sinks in each. We used the outdoor patio to relax in the morning and night. Loved the gas fire pit and gas fireplace. Kitchen is spacious too which we used to eat in but not cook and well supplied with dishes, pans and utensils. We hope to stay here again.

Arroyo Grande House

Great stay. Owner was a good communicator. Roomy place. Easy to spread out. The owner lives downstairs, but you enter the house at street level and that is considered the “upstairs.” Nice view from the decks overlooking the town of Arroyo Grande with the sand in the distance. Highly recommend.

Best vacation ever

We spent three weeks in this lovely home and it was one of our best vacations ever. We were so comfortable and quickly felt at home. Our host and hostess were incredible. They responded immediately when we had a couple small issues. We had a small leak under the sink shortly after arriving and they had a plumber out and it was fixed the next morning. The location is amazing. Very centrally located to all our favorite places in Arroyo Grande and other Central Coast locales. There is even a Michelin star restaurant a block away. We ate there twice. We can’t wait to go back. We left the cool and lovely weather to return to sweltering Southern California so we’d like to go back tomorrow. Thank you Natalie and Aaron, for sharing your lovely home with us.

Family Wedding Weekend

This house was perfect for our family trip to Arroyo Grande for my niece’s wedding. When it wasn’t overcast you could see the ocean from the windows in the master bedroom, family room, and kitchen. The house was updated and clean. Our only issue was the floor’s were squeaky when you walked down the hallway and through the rooms.

Comfortable house, Excellent location

The view was gorgeous! We loved spending time on the deck. Other things we liked: comfortable bed, easy to use appliances, very handy location. We could walk to restaurants and coffee shops. It was close to the highway, and old town, but without traffic noise. We would definitely stay here again.

Really nice accomodations and super host

Very nice house. Ocean View with a light ocean breeze. Very well appointed. Host lives downstairs and was very nice and helpful. Near restaurants and the dunes at the beach. A short drive to many other attractions and venues. Five Stars.
