Manager & front desk clerk were quick to assist when another customer had been checked in under my name by mistake, I appreciate their speediness in providing me with another room while they sorted the issue out

I was looking for an inexpensive room for a small convention I was attending. This room was perfect! And the price was reasonable. The first night was quiet (Thurs. night). Friday night was a little louder but there were a LOT more guests! My air conditioner kicked on and all was good. It looked like my room had just been remodeled. Fresh paint on the walls, the floor was rubber/plastic tiled, in great shape and clean! The shower had been re-done recently. There was a desk, small frig and a microwave. TV worked, good picture and easy to use. Bed was comfortable, linens were very white, pillows were newer. Again, it was perfect for what I needed and 1.5 miles from my small convention. This was NOT a resort, just a nice, clean, safe place to stay.

There was a party one night but it wasn’t crazy. It quieted down very quickly. Beds were super comfy. I slept like a baby.

It’s a great stay for what you pay. It was fairly quiet and the room was really clean. There was a microwave and a fridge in our room and I think a hair dryer that I didn’t need to use. The only thing I would say is the mattresses are in need of an upgrade. They’re too soft and worn unevenly. Otherwise, we would stay again.

The guy at the front desk was very polite and helpful. I locked my key in my room and he helped get me a new set without any problems. He is the only staff person that I encountered

Toilet had something wrong with it which made it keep clogging. I continuously had to ask for someone to come and unclog the toilet. Really inconvenient, embarrassing, and made us feel gross. Staff felt stand offish. When I asked the housekeeping for two towels. I was told no, and then she spoke a different language to me and walked away. I was so confused and had to ask the front desk later for towels again. Did not feel very welcoming or safe.

It was good up until about 10pm. The people next to my room were being so loud. You can hear them laughing and talking till about 2am and they kept slamming doors. Then around 5 am you can hear them just having a whole ass conversation for 2 hours. The walls were just thin I’m guessing. Just sucked because I kept waking up because of it. Staff is nice and everything was clean. Just the room issue was the only problem.

First I paid for a Queen bed and was given a double. Second I do not like the kiosks check in and out. Second I do not like that you have to go to the front desk and ask the remote person on the kiosks for clean towels. Also we had used needles laying in the walk way in front of our door. The room was clean. No coffee pot in the room.

We do have a Manager on Duty 24hr a day so if there are any issues or concerns you may speak with him and he will be able to better assist you during your stay. Coffee is available during breakfast hours. Unorganized! No front desk personal all virtual and the hotel put a $400 hold on my credit card when It only mentioned $100 would be held for a deposit! Will never stay here again.

Upon review of your stay I see that the hotel only charged you for room and tax and then authorized your card for the 100 and then released it back to your bank institution the following day when you checked out. I also did want to mention to you that we have a Manager on Duty 24hrs a day who you may speak to with any comments or concerns during your stay. This information is also on your receipt that is given to you upon check in. Best regards and safe travels.

Although there were not a lot of amenities like hair dryer, or coffee in the room, we did have a fridge, and microwave. The toiletries provided were excellent and we were very happy for the low price we paid. The staff had was kind and helpful. I will stay here again for sure!

The room smelled like dirty mop water . The floor was extremely dirty , had to wear shoes the whole time . I did like the place , just needs to be cleaned thoroughly. Just passing through and was very tired from traveling was comfortable enough to sleep , shower and leave .
