It’s close to the historic district, the Charco de San Ginés, and the shopping streets.<br>The entire home is filled with natural light. Enjoy the wonderful terrace. The home is designed so you can spend time both indoors, enjoying the tasteful decor, and outdoors, soaking up the wonderful sunshine we have in the Canary Islands.<br>Renovated in 2018. New!<br><br>Both the living room and the two main bedrooms have access to the outdoor terrace. The living room features a 55-inch Samsung TV with 4K resolution and Smart TV capabilities. There is a satellite decoder with free-to-air channels from various European countries (English, German, Belgian, French, etc.). There are also Spanish DTT channels, some of which broadcast content in English—you can select the language on the TV. The TV is connected to the internet and has access to apps such as YouTube and Netflix. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.<br><br>The kitchen is separate and fully equipped. It features a refrigerator with a freezer, a three-burner induction cooktop, an oven, and a microwave. There are also small appliances such as a toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, etc. The kitchen has everything you need, including quality cookware and tableware.<br><br>What do we provide? We don’t want you to arrive with a heavy suitcase. That’s why we always provide the basics: toilet paper, paper towels, water, beer, some fresh fruit, salt, pepper, tea, other spices, olive oil, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, and fabric softener. In addition, you’ll have white bath towels, white hand towels, beach towels, and clean bedding. Clean bedding and towels are provided weekly at no additional cost.<br><br>Where can I park? Parking is available in the same building for those arriving by rental car. You really don’t need a car to get around Arrecife, since all the points of interest are within a 5-minute walk.<br><br>Arrecife has a long promenade along the sea that runs from the Arrecife coastline all the way to Puerto del Carmen. It’s perfect for those who love to take walks. To explore the rest of the island, you can book tours or rent a car for specific days.<br><br>There is an elevator in the building. The apartment is suitable for seniors and children. If you need a crib or a high chair, just let me know in advance.<br><br>Parking is available in the building, subject to prior reservation.<br><br>I am available to my guests before and during their stay. I like to give my guests the freedom to enjoy their stay. Most are located near the Charco de San Ginés and the historic district around the Church of San Ginés. Arrecife is oriented toward the sea. It boasts a fabulous seaside promenade that connects the new marina to Reducto Beach. <br>Arrecife is close to everything. Located in the center of the island, it’s easy to get to any point in just over 25 minutes. <br>Near the apartment, you’ll find everything you might need: shops, public transportation, supermarkets, and more.<br><br>A car isn’t really necessary within the city. You’ll enjoy taking walks or renting a bike. <br>To explore the island, it’s always best to rent a car. Public transportation is fine for getting to the more touristy areas. Taxis aren’t expensive. Plus, there are plenty of companies offering tours all over the island.<br><br>This may be the only building in Arrecife that offers fully renovated apartments, exquisitely decorated and equipped specifically for vacation rentals.
