Alquiler completo piso centrico muy confortable

Hemos estado 8 noches en la casa todo muy limpio y nuevo , no le falta de nada y si hace falta algo, el propietario, Jorge, te lo facilita rápidamente, las camas muy cómodas y los baños muy bien, a la cocina no le falta de nada amplia y cómoda, todo ha estado perfecto, gracias Jorge, un saludo.

Our second time staying at this lovely, convenient apartment!

It was our second time staying at this lovely apartment. We enjoyed the last time so much we decided to return. It is clean, spacious, well furnished and conveniently located close to both the beach and local shops. It is also quiet at night and well ventilated thanks to fans in the adult bedrooms and a fan and air-conditioning unit in the sitting room. Our host, Jorge was very responsive to any questions or requests we had during our stay. My only suggestion would be to get a standing fan for the children's room as it gets quite hot in there and they didn't want to open the windows for fear of mosquitoes! This didn't bother our stay though and we would happily stay there again and recommend others to stay there. A wonderful apartment in a great location!

Très bel appartement à Arrecife

Appartement idéal pour 2 couples (et deux enfants). Deux belles chambres, deux belles salles de bains avec WC une grande terrasse. A 5 mn du Charco de San Gines et du front de mer. Propriétaire impeccable. Pour l'accès au parking se contenter d'un véhicule de taille moyenne la rampe d'accès est étroite.

heerlijk verblijf in Arrecife

Prachtig gelijkvloers appartement op de 4e etage van een statig pand. Direct gelegen in centrum met eigen parkeerplaats. Zeer mooi ingericht, goede bedden en uitstekende badkamer. Alles was aanwezig in de keuken en woonkamer. Lift aanwezig in pand. Prachtig balkon met zithoek en eethoek. Alles in zeer goede staat. Wij voelden ons hier erg thuis en hebben ons uitstekend vermaakt. In de nacht ook geen geluidsoverlast dus heerlijk uitgerust. Televisie met alle faciliteiten aanwezig maar door ons niet gebruikt en prima werkende Wi-Fi. Kortom; toplocatie!

Wunderbare Wohnung im Herzen von Arrecife

Die Wohnung hat unseren Vorstellungen 100 % entsprochen. Tolle Terrasse, gepflegte Bäder (eines mit geräumiger bodengleicher Dusche, was wir als bereits älteres Ehepaar sehr bequem fanden), bequeme Betten und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, um sich selbst zu verpflegen (ein bis zwei Geschirrtücher mehr, hätten die Ausstattung abgerundet). Fußläufig gibt es einen großen Dino-supermarkt und wenn man Essen gehen möchte, der findet an der nahe gelegenen Lagune El Charco eine Vielzahl von Cafes oder Restaurants.

November break

Lovely apartment all you need for a comfortable stay. We had a week here, very near to sea and shops. Beds very comfortable. My only disappointment was the lack of sunshine on the excellent balcony, we stayed in late November but no sun after 11am so for me who likes to read in sun and relax was an issue. Otherwise really good.

Tolle Unterkunft mitten in der Stadt

Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Die Dachterrasse war für uns -zwei Ehepaare- Mittelpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes. Toller Kontakt zum Vermieter. Zum Appartment gehört ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage des Hauses. Der Vermieter wies schon zeitig darauf hin, dass das nix für große Autos ist. Wir hatten einen VW Polo zur Miete. Größer sollte es nicht sein. Wir kommen wieder.

Wonderful holiday in Arrecife

My wife and I have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Arrecife, based in Jorge's terrific apartment 4C. The apartment is spacious, is excellently furnished, has modern appliances and every facility you could wish for, and then some you never thought of! Jorge is an excellent host, very responsive to the couple of queries we had - otherwise we are left alone to enjoy our holiday in peace! The location is excellent - in the centre of the town just two minutes from the main shopping streets which has a superb supermarket (Hyper Dino) and from El Charco - "the puddle" - home to a dozen or so excellent restaurants. The apartment's beautiful terrace had sunshine in the mornings, up to around 1pm (October), after which we frequently walked the 15 minutes to El Reducto beach for the afternoon, where two sunbeds and an umbrella coat a very reasonable 8EUR to rent for the day. A little further on past the beach is the bus station, where high quality buses can be boarded for a very small price to take you to the other resorts on the island, playa Blanca, Costa Teguise and Puerto del Carmen. The town has a great choice of local-run businesses - bars, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, ice cream parlours. There are no chain restaurants here - all local and great quality and good value. Past El Charco is the new marina, which hosts another array of bars and restaurants, as well as a top class gym which holds a wide choice of group exercise classes, if that's your thing, including Les Mills classes. I can't praise the apartment highly enough, nor Jorge's hospitality. We will be back!

Amazing holiday in March.

We had a lovely break away in this apartment. The apartment is situated in a quiet but very central street in Arrecife. The apartment exceeded our expectations and we could willingly have stayed longer. 1 improvement for us would be to have more wine glasses. Drinking a good bottle of Cava out of a tumbler didn’t feel right! I am sure that we will be returning to enjoy the apartment and Arrecife again. Jorge a big thank you for being very efficient.

Fantastic apartment

Spent a week here. Very clean, spacious and well equipped apartment. The host Jorge was excellent. Answering all questions promptly and efficiently. A lovely place to stay. 5 to 10 minute walk to all amenities and beach. Arrecefie is a lovely city with plenty of places to see and lots of great bars and restaurants. Can highly recommend this property.

Schönes Apartment mit Nord-Ost Ausrichtung mit guter Ausstattung direkt in der Altstadt von Arrecife

Welcome home! Modernes Apartment zum Wohlfühlen mit allen Annehmlichkeiten und Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Gute Infrastruktur, alles was macht braucht ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Verwaltung durch den Eigentümer Jorge erfolgt sehr professionell, sämtliche Infos werden zeitnah und sehr übersichtlich vorab zur Verfügung gestellt. Abwicklung sehr unkompliziert.

Perfect Apartment

Well presented apartment in the centre of Historic Areciffe. Jorge was the perfect host welcoming us and explaining the workings of the apartment. We loved having breakfast on the balcony, walking to the old harbour, stopping off at the many eateries and returning to the comfort of the apartment. Perfect base from which to explore Areciffe - would definitely return.

Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt eine Querstrasse von der Innenstadt entfernt und man kann von dort in die Stadt laufen. Sie ist top eingerichtet und riecht gut. Frische Betten und alles ist da,was man braucht. Die Terasse ist toll!!

Great choice for us

Elegant and comfortable and great location for us to explore the island. Parking underneath for small/medium car and close to old town and marina where the many restaurants and bars were used mainly by locals rather than tourists. Balcony had morning sun so nice for breakfast. Owner very accommodating and most helpful. Everything we needed and more. Would definitely use again if returning to the island.

Lovely apartment in the city

Jorge’s apartment is very comfortable. Very well equipped. Lovely bathrooms. The kitchen is very nice.He has tried to think of everything one would need for a holiday rental. The balcony is spacious and well furnished. The only downside is the view, or lack of. It overlooks old rooves, no sea view . Also, because of time of year mainly, the sun isn’t on there very long. We had it from approximately 9am - 1pm. If you aren’t bothered about the sun it’s not a problem. We enjoy sitting and reading late afternoon after being out most of the day so that was a little disappointing. If you are planning on renting a car, really not necessary as taxis are very reasonable and there is a bus service. Be warned. Even with a small vehicle the access to the underground car park is quite scary and driving down is steep. Not for the faint hearted. We hire cars all over the world so are not nervous but we really didn’t like this. We thank Jorge for renting his property to us. He was very helpful. Arrecife is a friendly place, lovely people. Very nice promenade for walking or cycling. We loved that! We did enjoy the holiday.....apart from the occasional shower. Lanzarote is a lovely island

Lovely apartment, really convenient location

We stayed in this apartment with our family including 2 children (3 and 6 years old). We were really impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the apartment. Jorge had thought of everything and provided such little conveniences as a hair dryer, herbs and condiments and even soap in the bathrooms and detergent in the laundry room. The location was really convenient, a quick walk to both the beach and local shops. Also, Jorge was always available and quick to respond to any queries and resolve any small problems that we had during our stay. Moreover we were glad we chose to stay in Arrecife. It's far less touristy than the rest of Lanzarote (we actually had to use our rusty Spanish quite a bit!) and we felt that we were immersed within the local culture but we still had easy access to a great beach. I would highly recommend this apartment and if we ever return to Lanzarote, we will stay there again.

Très bel appartement

L’appartement est magnifique. Tout est réuni pour passer un bon séjour. Bière et vin blanc au frais quand on arrive. Plus plein de conseil donnés par Jorge à notre arrivée. Tres bonne situation centrale pour visiter l’ile.

First class apartment

This apartment has everything you need, it is without doubt 5* in every respect. Jorge's attention to detail and high quality is to be praised, this is not your normal holiday apartment, there was nothing Jorge would not do for you, eg printing of our boarding passes. It is a few minutes walk from the shopping precinct with shops, cafes, supermarkets etc and 5mins from a very beautiful beach. I would recommend hiring a bicycle and using their cycle paths..
