Nice and quite except for the yanks next door

Perfect Villa for Large groups

This villa is great for multiple families since there is 3 separate accommodations all located around the pool. Although you are in a built up area you feel as if you are the only ones there 😃

Family holiday

The property was lovely, however the pool was murky and lost one day use. The owner rectified it asap The studio needs updating and the bed was not comfortable but all other beds were great. Just missing a child’s pool as the pool is very deep so was hard work with our 3 year old but the 5 year old was happy. Overall a great place . The owner let us check in early which was great.

Fantastisk! Raske svar hele veien, fra vi bestilte til vi dro. Johannes var hyggelig og hjelpsom og lett å komme i kontakt med. Hele huset var rent og pent. Veldig godt utstyrt og rene, fine senger med gode madrasser. Det var god plass til ti voksne og fem barn. Fint med stort lekeareal til barna. Vi koste oss ved bassenget, eller bestilte drosje til stranda eller sentrum. Drosjene kom veldig raskt og kostet ca 12 euro. Vi handlet det meste i butikken rett nedi veien her, men reiste til sentrum, ca 3 km, for større innkjøp til middag osv. Vi har hatt en alle tiders ferie og kommer garantert tilbake.

Property was excellent for our needs. We rented the entire property complex which gave us 10 bedrooms. You do need a car, as a bit remote, but only a few minutes drive from the main motorway to all areas. There are a couple of good restaurants, and an English style pub , ( with all the sports screens etc) , walkable from the villa

Amazing!!

12 of us arrived at this property, 3 families of 4 with children ranging between 8 and 20 years of age. Fantastic time had by all, amazing rooms and bathrooms, whole property spotless and provided everything you could need on your stay! The outdoor space is amazing, football pitch along with a pool and lots of outside shaded area for those extra hot hours of the day! Fans provided in every bedroom, could not fault the property. It is however a little out of the way in terms of location, a taxi is required to get pretty much everywhere, however only €7 in a taxi to the Siam Mall / Siam Park and about €9 to Playa De Las America and Los Cristianos. Special thanks to our amazing host Barbara, there was absolutely nothing she didn’t do for us and any problems she sorted instantly! Simply Amazing!

Geburtstagsurlaub mit Freunden und Familie

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich von der Vermieterin Barbara empfangen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles war sehr sauber. Een geweldige week met 8 volwassenen en 6 kleinkinderen in een uitstekend geoutilleerd verblijf!

Prachtige grote woning met veel privacy met voor ieder gezin eigen kamers en badkamers. In alles is voorzien. Veel terrasruimte (schaduw en zon) incl. prachtige BBQ voorziening. Voor een relaxte week hoef je het terrein niet af. Favoriet voor de kleinkinderen (4 tot 11 jaar) was het voetbalveldje, het zwembad en het speelhuisje. Zwembad is aan de kleine kant en niet zo geschikt voor grote groep oudere kinderen/volwassenen. Door goed en snel WIFI via streaming(chromecast) ook Nederlandse tv (voetbal) te bekijken. Uitstekende service van geweldige gastvrouw Barbara! Wij hebben een heerlijke gezinsweek beleefd!

Extremely warmest of welcomes from Barbara. The house had everything we needed and so much room for 16 of us. The pool was great and the grounds were perfectly kept with lots of space,the boys loved the goal posts and the younger ones the house.. Just perfect for our celebrations

Good property for large groups

We were a group of 4 couples and 5 children under 8. The villa is equipped with everything we wanted and we rented the Main House and the Studio. The manager, Barbara, was extremely helpful and sorted any minor issues out immediately. We would go back if we return to Tenerife again. The neighbourhood is very tranquil but only 10 minutes from Los Cristianos. Car rental is recommended as the village is quiet during the day. There is parking for at least 3 cars on site. There is a small supermarket within walking distance but a better one (Dialprix) about a mile away in La Camella (road is very busy and narrow so not walkable). Bedrooms are fine and plenty of bathrooms too. Lounge is big with TV (Netflix and limited satellite) but only has soft seating for about 7 people. Similarly dining area inside and outside only seat 8/9 at a time. Fine for us as children ate separately but not convenient for larger groups of adults. Gardens are large with slide, goal nets and playhouse - happy children!! Pool is really a large exercise pool with current machine to swim against if you want. Two smallest children (2 and 18 months) couldn't splash around in it as it is too deep, even with adult supervision. However, they loved being towed around in the current and the playhouse was well used too. Older children enjoyed the pool though as they were good swimmers. Kitchen is well equipped but the work top area is small compared to the overall house size which made most meals a two shift affair (children then adults). The standard size fridge/freezer was always completely full up and we were glad there was another small fridge in the Studio as a back up. Nice BBQ and seating areas outside and outside shower for pool was helpful. The internet connection was not reliable - OK for browsing etc. but not helpful if you need to contact your work/business for any issues (still you are on holiday!!). General summary is a large villa in a very convenient and quiet area, mostly well equipped and especially suitable for groups with small children. Hosts were excellent and we would happily return.

Great Family Retreat

The villa provided us with a lovely quiet family (7 adults, 4 kids) retreat 5 minutes drive away from the mass of tourists in Los Cristianos, Americas and Adeje. It is clean and well equipment both inside and out and we really didn't need for anything during our stay. Barbara met our party on arrival at the villa and gave a very comprehensive explanation of how everything worked, kept in touch throughout our stay ensuring all was well before returning to meet us on the final day at check out. There are a few bars and restaurants within walking distance but I'd recommend a hire car if picking up shopping for a large group. I don't think you'd be disappointed booking this villa :)
