Wie jedes Mal ein super Aufenthalt. Nette und zuverlässige Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin Chantal und ihrem Sohn Cedric. Sofortige Hilfe bei Fragen und schnelle Problemlösungen wenn mal eins auftritt. Wir kommen immer wieder sehr gerne hierher: Super Appartement klasse Lage und nette Gastgeber besser geht’s nicht.
Und fast jeden Abend wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge vom Appartement aus.

Location très bien située dans une résidence calme avec une grande piscine commune très agréable (commerces et restaurants à proximité), très bien équipée (machine à laver et clim). Contact très facile avec Chantal, la propriétaire et Stephane (disponibilité et conseils). Seul bémol : un petit rafraîchissement de l appartement est nécessaire pour une note de 5

Ein kleines Paradies

Ein tolles Appartement mit einer super Terrasse und anschließender Kunstrasenfläche. Immer Schatten möglich, ab 11:00Uhr-Sonnenuntergang kommt auch das Sonnenbaden nicht zu kurz. Liebevoll und komplett eingerichtet mit guten elektrischen Geräten (Backofen, Mikrowelle und Waschmaschine einfach ) Cedric und Chantal kümmern sich schnell und sehr freundlich wenn man mal ein Anliegen hat. Leider ist unser Aufenthalt zu Ende, aber wir kommen sehr, sehr gerne wieder. Dankeschön Familie Lemaire.

Ruhige, große Ferienwohnung..

.. mit viel Platz Draußen und Drinnen. Wir haben uns die 5 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung insgesamt hat uns gut gefallen. In der Küche findet man alles notwendige. Einzig die Sitzmöbel könnten mal gereinigt werden. Durch Schweiß, Sonnencreme etc. sind diese etwas schmuddelig. Die Wohnung liegt in einer größeren Apartmentanlage mit Pool, ist aber insgesamt sehr ruhig. Die sehr große Terrasse liegt direkt zur Straße, da aber wenig Verkehr ist bekommt man fast keinen Straßenlärm mit. Direkt gegenüber gibt es einen Supermarkt und bis zum "Strand" ist es auch nicht weit. Im der näheren Umgebung sind einige Restaurants.

Home from Home

We had a fabulous stay in Palm Mar. The apartment has everything you need for a short break or extended stay. The outside garden area is a lovely place to relax. The shared pool is lovely too. There is a supermarket and a good choice of restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. I would highly recommend staying here. We hope to be back.

This is the second time we have had the pleasure of having Cahntal as our host. The San Remo apartment is excellently located and well maintained, the outdoor area is very nice. Perfect stay

Pictures on the website were very accurate. We loved our stay in this new area to us. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our 4 week stay. Loved the garden/ terrace which we used every day enjoying the January sunshine. We had the added bonus of a dishwasher which isn’t shown on the photos and also a full English TV package with WiFi. Definitely need a car to see other areas but a couple of small supermarkets selling lovely fresh bread daily. Also some lovely restaurants and bars all in walking distance. Would definitely like to stay again gutted it’s already booked for next year. Thanks Chantal for your communication and Jennifer for showing us around.

Fantastisches Appartement…

… in einem wundervollen Ort. Es war alles vorhanden was man für 6 Wochen herrlichsten Urlaub benötigt. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend und Dinge die kaputt waren und von uns gemeldet wurden sind ruckzuck repariert worden. Für uns (Pärchen mit Hund) ist es die optimale Wohnung und wir werden wohl noch für so einige Wintermonate hier wieder buchen. Danke Familie Lemaire für diese wunderschöne Zeit die wir in dem Appartement verbringen und herrliche Sonnenuntergänge erleben durften. 🙋🏼‍♀️🐕🙋‍♂️

Palm Mar ist ein Aufenthalt wert

… jedoch nicht in dieser Wohnung! Diese war in einem sehr verdreckten Zustand bei meiner Anreise, d,.h ., von den Vorgängern war noch nichts gereinigt. 3 Putzleute benötigten je 2,5 Stunden, um diese einigermaßen zu reinigen. Von der Agentur wurde keine Kontrolle vorgenommen und so musste ich auch noch fehlende Badevorlagen, Handtücher und Geschirrtücher anfordern . Es gehört eine komplette Grundreinigung vorgenommen und die Auflagen auf Liegestühlen und daybed erneuert. Die Lage ist hervorragend, jedoch werde ich diese Wohnung nicht mehr mieten! Oliva

Fantastic apartment with very nice garden

For our first visit to Tenerife with our 15 month old daughter we chose palm mar which is a lovely and quiet but very friendly area with close access to a promenade beside the sea. It’s also very close by car to the busier areas up the coast. Chantal was a perfect host, check in was very easy and we were very lucky to stay in his own apartment with stunning views and enjoyed many amazing sunsets from the beautiful garden. The apartment was very homely and we were provided with every amenity needed for a toddler, high chair, cot and even toys! There was plenty of space for her to run around with a lovely large living area. There are lovely cafes and restaurants nearby ( recommended Sea Lounge and Bahia Beach) and a really nice pool in the complex. We hope to return again soon!

amazing apartment!

t is an amazing apartment! You have everything you need: coffee machine, fridge, tv, perfect wifi, all english channels, video club, washing machine! Terrace is big with a dining table and a sofa! Pool is nice and easy to access! It is situated in a quiet place but just 10 min drive to las americas, 15 min drive from airport! Would recommend and would definitely come back!!!
